Lately the quality and customer service has begun to falter.They are usually excellent, although the lack of friendliness is really disappointing.Update-- Been about a dozen times more since my last review. Much better in the friendliness of the staff and customer service overall. I'm very happy to finally bring my review back into a very positive light.
The doughnuts are great but the packaging is terrible. For the price you pay, you would expect the doughnut to be placed in boxes. We lost half the toppings from our doughnuts on our 5 minute drive home. Please consider better packaging or charging Tim Hortons prices for Tim Hortons service.

I placed an order for the workshop I was hosting 2 weeks prior via email and paid my invoice a week before pickup. The day I go to pick up the doughnuts, they're not ready. There was only one person working at the time and she called the managers but couldn't get a hold of them. She gave me the doughnuts from the display case plus extras for my trouble (thank you!). Very satisfied with this specific employee, she saved the day, but disappointed in the mishap of management :(Doughnuts were yummy though.

Premium donuts, great for sharing! Stopped in at 10am and they had a good selection left. A few mainstay items such as the apple fritter, and some different seasonal concoctions for a taste that's different!
Had an online pickup first thing in the morning. Unfortunately they had a late/incomplete delivery so some of their delicious creations were not available. WIthout skipping a beat the staff offered to add items to my order to make up for the missing ones! When a refund would have solved the missing items, the team went over and above to provide excellent customer service first thing in the morning! Thank you Lady Glaze Kitchener!

I love the wide selection of donuts here but they always seem to be sold out. Today I went at noon, and they were sold out of all flavours except apple fritters. Quite disappointing.

Lots of doughnut options to choose from. I have gotten one of the specialty lattes each time I have been there and they have been delicious, on the sweeter side. The blueberry jam filled doughnut was absolutely FULL. The Nutella brownie doughnut was very soft and yummy.
