I was here this morning and it was fantastic :) The guy and girl at the front were both very nice and attentive, he complimented my necklace and it was appreciated :) The food is some of the best baked food I've had in a long time, and although it ran me about $30+$5 tip I was extremely happy with the quality of the food. Good employees, good food :)

She made us feel so at ease and welcome, and she was genuinely excited for us, and excited to be a part of our big day!!She was flexible and creative with flavour combinations and textures for our cupcakes.The real buttercream made these cupcakes a huge hit!My only regret was not purchasing MORE cupcakes as they were so good, people wanted to try more than one, and they were GONE at the end of the night!!10/10. Cannot recommend Lenore and her team at LenJo more!!

My husband and I got married over Labour Day weekend this year and we wanted just a small cake for the cake cutting since our caterin included dessert for guests. Lenore really delivered! I had a quick consultation and she was so friendly and helpful during our call. Although our order wasn't anything huge or extravagant, she made us really feel special with her service.She got the aesthetic just right from the photos I shared and our consultation and the cake was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend coming here for any of your custom cake needs.I also stop by the bakery regularly and everything from the lattees to the desserts to the breakfast pies never disappoints.

LenJo Bakes provided our wedding cake and she did an incredible job. We had a consultation call with her and she was so helpful with the back and forth after that as we figured out what we wanted. She nailed the execution and it was the perfect cake for our special day! On top of looking absolutely stunning the cake was delicious, too. She helped us nail down our vision so the cake suited both myself and my partner, as well as our overall theme. We also had gluten free cupcakes from her so our guests with allergies had a delicious dessert option as well. I will definitely be going to her and her team for future cakes for all occasions!

So unbelievably excellent! My partner and I stopped in here after hearing some rave reviews and wow!The owner immediately greeted us and was so friendly! We were walked through the process of making several items and the amount of work that goes into each one (like cooking down actual bananas for the banana macarons)!You can truly feel the passion she has for her work and it shows in how beautiful, unique and delicious everything is.We got the blueberry pop tarts and six macarons, the pop tarts were gone before we even left the parking lot and the macarons didn’t last much longer (we very reluctantly shared them with visiting family, who couldn’t get enough of them) also, highly recommend the banana foster macarons if you like bananas, so amazing!My partner already has her birthday cake for September picked out after our experience and we can’t wait to pick it up!

My husband and I hired LenJo for our wedding. We were very excited, as we had heard nothing but good things about the bakery. On the day of the wedding, the cake did not arrive. The staff at our venue tried to contact LenJo through multiple means throughout our reception and failed. We had to pay our venue an extra $500+ to serve our guests dessert. The cake eventually did arrive…at the end of our reception. The lack of communication was unacceptable and caused us a great deal of stress on our day. This happened more than a month ago and the bakery had not reached out to apologize about this event.Also, we sent a slice of cake home with the guests that remained when the cake arrived. All agreed the the dessert the venue provided was tastier.

I consider a real privilege to live so close to a place like this. All the baked goods are delicious. The breakfast pies and the tarts are my favorites. Oh, and the profiteroles is out of this world as well! It is definitely one of my favorite spots in town.My only complain would be that it usually takes a long time to be served. Picture this: I have a broken foot and am on crutches with fiancé’s birthday a day away….. I totally forgot about a cake!!! I hobbled my way into LenJo bakes and was greeted by the one and only LenJo at the counter! The bakery is adorable and we chatted for a bit which brightened my spirits! She was able to whip me up the most adorable grab and go cake in like 10 mins flat. She carried it out to my car for me (cakes and crutches spells disaster) and was just genuinely so kind. I haven’t tried to cake yet- that’s for tomorrow but I will for sure be considering this place for my wedding cake. To top it all off, they are PEANUT FREE! Finding a peanut free bakery is enough to make me get up and dance on a broken foot, to all my allergy friends….. TRY IT!
