My first visit to this restaurant. It was empty around lunchtime. The service was friendly. I ordered a combo platter with a miso soup. The food came rather quickly and sure was not fresh. The rice looked gray and unappetizing. The rolls insides were mushy and had no defining taste or flavour. The whole experience was very disappointing, especially considering the very steep price. Too bad.

AMAZING!! Had a lovely dinner here. The miso soup is quite honestly the best I’ve ever tasted and my favourite roll is the Linhai – Highly recommend these! The owners were also very kind and friendly as well, I enjoyed chatting with them. Will be coming back for sure!

Great staff but has got to be the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Tasted old oil in their deep fried food, sushi didn’t taste like sushi and I became concern eating the sashimi (worst quality I’ve ever had). This is worst than the premade sushi at Sobeys.Hate I leave a bad review but the staff were extremely friendly just the food was the sushi was the worst.

First time trying this place tonight and wow the food is incredible! The staff were so friendly, I loved joking around with them and chatting as I waited for my order. Absolutely recommend this place and I will be back! Didn’t have time to take photos of my party tray, we ate it so quickly

After reading reviews we had really high hopes for this place. I have to admit we were a bit disappointed.The pros are that the staff are just lovely people and it is very clear they take pride in having such a clean and tidy restaurant.The food fell quite a bit short for us given the price. Dinner for 2 (5 rolls and two sushi items) came to $75. The ingredient quality was quite high but the rolls were very small and their was very little of things like salmon in many of the mixed rolls.We also found the tempura very overpowering in the roll and it tasted a bit packaged. Over all it was not amazing and not really great value for $75. I do wonder if these folks are feeling the pinch of high food prices and selling less for the samePrice as a result. This places has a lot of potential but just didn’t hit the mark for us.
