Visited a local spot that I walk by so often and it did not disappoint. The Pollo Tinga was great but the Birria Tacos were next level. Best tacos I've ever had. Hot sauces were not too spicy and so flavorful. Owner was extremely nice and let us try the Guac and chips which was so good as well. Creamy guacamole with crispy chips. Highly recommend!
This is by far the most authentic tacos I have had in my life. The Birria tacos were amazing! The hot sauces are very flavourful and the spice level is not over powering. Love to see a small, authentic and local Mexican spot!

LOS Rolling has the best and authentic birria tacos in KWC. I have been their regular customer from last couple of years. This is takeout only but you may find one spot if you are lucky enough. Try their spicy hotsauce.

Walked in and the 2 people inside were very nice and welcoming. Inside was small as they only have one table but it was nice. Ordered birria tacos and some churros. Tacos were amazing! They were filled with so much of the brisket meat and had cilantro and onions on top. Came with consome and salsa that tastes homemade. It was perfect every bite! The churros were great too, not the typical ones with cinnamon sugar on the outside. They were filled with caramel sauce that wasnt too sweet. Overall, this is an amazing spot for tacos! Will recommend this to everyone i know. A little expensive but i think its worth it. Make sure to check their facebook page to see if they are open as they run a food truck too and go to events.

We ordered brirria tacos and churros and they were delicious. Massive cheese pull every bite. Not to mention that it was loaded with meat. Served with a side of consome. The Salsa was amazing, probably the best salsa I've ever had. Churros were filled with caramel but it wasn't too sweet, made fresh right infront of us.If you order online they have a oven so your food stays nice and warm.They do have one table inside, so if your lucky you can eat in. Otherwise if your driving from a little bit away make sure to bring some paper towels as it's pretty messy ?

After eating at Los Rolling Tacos, i had the irresistible need to eat again,!!! (i was soo full but wanted more,so i brought my friends to to help me order more of his tacos...).GREAT FOOD!!!+
Overall the food and service were great. The flautas were flavorful with delicious toppings. I went to the restaurant and not the food truck, so the atmosphere was a bit lacking, however the food more than made up for it.

The food is absolutely amazing. It's a bit hard to know when they're open if you're just driving by and Wednesday-Saturday means you really have to plan. But honestly it's worth the planning since it's so good.
