Today Feb 29th I visited to pick up my usual treat . The staff is one I often deal with. She is always so kind, welcoming and friendly . This location always has a large variety of flavors which I love . Especially bourbon butter pecan which after a taste test was a must for my order.Thanks for great service and a yummy treat ?

Rude employees, awful overall service and also cleanliness is awful. They need to scrape the counter better after each customer. Got some sort of sauce on my ice cream that I DID NOT ASK FOR. Some ppl have restrictions or allergies so they need to be more careful.

Poor packing by the girls who packaged the expensive ice cream.When asked why they can't pack ice cream with a lid, they said we don't have one lid and owner doesn't allow.Result is another spill off of ice cream.Shame on you owner.

I got a milkshake instead of an ice cream! This is the worst location. Employees have a very bad attitude. They don't know how to treat their customers. I asked them very politely why the ice creams were melted. Surprisingly the employee said it was not their problem that ice creams were melted. I would give a zero star if that Is possible.

We arrived at this location prior to closing time. The LED board showed the store was open, doors were open and we went in. But the staff didn't attend us saying the store was closed.Bad management!
