The problem here is the same as in most Kitchener/Waterloo cafes, restaurants, cinemas - it is a poor level of cleanliness. This is related to greasy products and dirty tables and floors, dusty window ceilings. A clean cafe with timely changed oil for frying food creates the atmospear that brings enjoyment and joy. No indulging and savouring, just blunt "quickly eat and leave" attitude.

This McDonald's outlet is located within the Walmart store at The Boardwalk. The service was impressively fast, and I opted for the Spicy McCrispy chicken burger combo with a switch to large fries and a delightful strawberry + banana smoothie. The meal options were tasty, even though I did a takeout.While the self-service kiosks streamlined the ordering process, I did notice some mess around the store, suggesting the store could be a bit cleaner. Despite this, the efficient service and delicious meal options make it a convenient spot for a quick bite within the shopping plaza.

Food... typical fast food..not hot was probably pre cooked and sitting in a warmer yuk.Service for as busy as they are was relatively quick and friendly.Atmosphere..tables were dirty and lazy inconsiderate people left their garbage on some of the tables. I was their while my wife was shopping probably 1.5 hours .not a table was cleaned.Wheelchair accessibility: I been to there several times..l don't think their is a table for people with wheel chairs??? Or one designated for handicap people???

I saw the original McDonald’s founder movie where he hands over the cents and instantly gets the food and was shocked … I was shocked to whereas in 2023 you gotta waitfor 5 minutes atleast to get your food.!Please staff up and have adequate number of people atleast for weekends
