This is the rudest and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I have been here few times last week for coffee and each time they did not make it right! The manager always fights back and sais it’s our fault ! Like how could u not making coffee right be our fault . In the end I would not go here and the management needs to be changed. I’ve never had to pull up in a drive thru for coffee before and then have to continue to wait 20 minutes!

I would definitely not recommend eating at this McDonald’s location the whole staff deals with food without gloves…. I legit watched a man hold on to a slice of cheese with his bare hands for 10 seconds just to put it back in the sandwich… yet the manager tried to tell me that “all restaurants deal food with no gloves ”

Most of the staff are nice and doing what they can but there is one leader that needs to chill out a bit. Atmosphere can get pretty awkward when you’re yelling at the staff and threatening to write them up during the lunch rush.

Do not order thru door dash I promise you they will give you a different order with what you ordered and door dash will not do anything about it too, have talked to management many times about this and it seems like they honestly don’t care. The night staff just seem very clueless with what they are doing!

Drive through jammed but always keeps moving. No complaints. Love the hot fudge Sundaes!
Bad service. Drive through system is broken. And orders keep getting mixed up. Orders seem random and a big mac meal can somehow take +15 mins.

It would be nice if the latte machine worked more often. Also their double drive thru is a pain in the butt. They will often times let me sit there for 3 minutes, while the other lane lets multiple cars go through.

I was shocked to see that this place looked like a NY subway McDonald's. So many renovations and look more run down then it did 20 years ago?I love McDonald's but only eat here on occasion because we all know how healthy it is. HOW can all of my food be cold? I get the odd fries but ALL of it?After a $20 gift card I was still out $47 plus for 4 people which wouldn't be bad if I didn't need to reheat everything when I got home.. If I needed a reason to give up my child memory of enjoying McDonald's, I found it.
