Pretty impressed with this location. It’s modern, has a big play area, and we got good service - helping us bring our food to the table. The washrooms are some of the smallest I’ve ever seen, but not a huge issue, unless you’re a huge person.

Got a 10 piece nugget combo(comes with two sauces) and only got one sauce, which isn’t a big deal but after asking for extra sauce and paying for it. I only got one. In the drive through it seemed that this girl was young middle eastern and could barely understand me when I asked for 10 piece combo. Not sure if that my fault or hers but I definitely won’t be eating here. 10/10 don’t recommend.

From the moment we walked in, Samad made us feel incredibly welcome and valued as customers. Despite the busy environment, he dedicated his time and attention to ensuring our experience was nothing short of exceptional.What stood out to me the most was Samad's ability to balance attending to our needs while also providing support to his co-workers. Placed an online order, the McDonald's app said drive to the store, once i reached the store the staff and the manager Daljeet k said she cant process the order as their systems are being refreshed. Informed the manager that im willing to wait, the manager said she cant do anything for me. Told the manager that i drove down only and only because the app said the order is confirmed, the manager responded that she did not ask me to drive down, and the McDonald's app is not linked with the store location.Dont waste your time going to this location as the staff and the Manager Daljeet K. are filled with sheer arrogance and non-existent customer service.
Can’t go wrong with McDonald’s, but this location is absolutely terrible. I’ve been parked EVERY time I have been here even for the smallest of orders. I love the terrible excuses every time like “we are waiting on fresh fries” like this isn’t McDonalds. Do better fairway…

Came in at 7-8 and the manager was so rude!! Yelled at this poor mother and said “we can’t give you a happy meal because we have no boxes.” Also refused to make chicken products until 9pm. Straight up disrespectful and rude attitude she should NOT be a manager even the employees are afraid of her.

Would like to understand why the drive thru was empty and yet Im waiting 15minutes for my order. I asked the staff when getting pulled, “how long should it be?” and she replied with “not long like 2 minutes.” Well 15 minutes later was a lie… To topit all off I was given the wrong order.
