Just want to personally thanks Sid for some of the best customer service and dedication i have ever witnessed. I left drive thru wuth my order and proceeded to drive a full block away. I stopped at the red light and was waiting to turn left and realized I had a incorrect item in my bag. He ran a full block and appeared out of nowhere to apologize at my passenger window and gave me my correct order. Was the funniest thing and also the most dedication I have seen. Thanks Sid cause most people wouldn't have the passion or customer service that I just witnessed.ThanksFrank

We came in tonight, and there was a woman working with a big hoody (no uniform), her hair in a loose, wild pony tail, no hat, no hair net and she was swearing! My 9 year daughter said she shouldn’t say that when the window is open. I agree. We ordered a cheese burger tonight and there was only a single tiny pickle! This franchise is getting so bad that my 13 year old won’t go anymore saying they never get his order right and they always make any excuse to up charge you.

It's great that you can walk in at 3 am to get a meal.
The service was bad as we waited for someone to attend us at counter even they saw us but nobody came even though there were no customers waiting and drive through was also empty. The washrooms were dirty with no toilet papers.
