What does this Mcdonalds even do right? If you go through the drive-thru, you’ll get parked every single time. If you place a mobile order, they will make your life miserable and regret ever even considering their restaraunt. Today at 10:45 AM we placed an online order and paid for the order through the app. The meal consisted of 2 hashbrown’s and a bagel which are not served after 11. Upon arrival at 11am, the incompetent workers in the drive thru couldn’t even get a 4 digit order # correct, and then informed us it was after 11 so they no longer had those items. No resolution to the situation, just a cancelled order and wasted time. Your store, your employee’s, and your customer service all suck. What is the point in placing an order online if you guys don’t confirm it until I arrive? It is literally paid for already, and the only reason we utilized this option was because of your terrible drive thru customer service as is. I hope your ownership sees this and realizes how useless their staff is.

No matter what time of day you order in the drive thru they will park your car and make you wait, even if you placed a mobile order ahead of time. You would expect hot food because you waited but the food is almost always cold and sometimes even inedible.They need to hold higher levels of product during lunch and dinner to actually serve hot food quickly.Stop trying to cheat your drive thru averages.

Ordered a delivery of items which included 2 apple pies, received only one. Also they never rang the doorbell.

This location consistently provides poor service and quality of food. No matter the time of day you will receive old and cold food (if you receive it made to order), no napkins, and will be made to wait for at least 10 minutes just at the drive thru window. Better to go to any other location or Wendy’s just down the road. Save your time and money, don’t spend it at this location.
