OMG, you won't believe it! I just had the most amazing shawarma plate ever at NORTH S. It was my first time there and I can confidently say it's the best in town. The lady who served and prepared the food was so friendly, charming, and had a killer smile that just lit up the place. The restaurant is also super clean and a perfect spot to sit down and enjoy your meal. I'm so happy I discovered this gem of a place!

I love their food but service not so great. First they didn't get my order right even after confirming 3 times on the phone. I had to wait for an extra plate with my kids. Then they're so quick to charge extra for sauces. They didn't add any extra sauces I PAID FOR. NOT AGAIN.

I used to appreciate this place but they've become so stingy with their portions that it’s not worth the money — when so many other spots offer the same thing for the same price and are much more generous. When confronted about it the owner didn’t see the issue with it, yet there’s dozens of other complaints about the portion size in the reviews. It also seems to be served with a side of attitude lately.. which is disappointing considering we’ve been here frequently. Save your money and go down the street to Eastside Shawarma.
The new staff was unprofessional and rude! North Shawarma used to be one of our favourite place in past 3 years, but it’s loosing it’s reputation.

NS was one of the best in town! And the service was exceptional. All the staff were friendly and welcoming .We went tonight to have food 30 minutes into closing and the lady ( she wore glasses) there was not at all pleasant and had least interest in serving us . We made the order , made ourselves comfortable and sat at the table for our food to arrive . Even after seeing us seated, she packed our food all set for take out and left it at the counter . She didn’t even bother to let us know it’s ready. When I went up to the counter and asked her , She said we are closing at 10 , if you can finish by then. Now, I do understand and respect the fact that they need to close on time. But that doesn't mean you can be unprofessional and rude to your customers . We were taken aback by her whole attitude and today's experience. Surprisingly the food also wasn't the great as it used to be.This was the second time I had similar experience with NS from the same lady. NS deserves to have very good reviews as they used to, but have to say “this lady keeps disappointing us”!!

Have visited the shop three to four times ... Usually we do eat Shawarma wrap ? whenever we visit there ...it will be taste very good..... quantity is also sufficient....but price is little bit high... consider it to reduce a bit....
