It was our first experience and we did the right choice. Ordered a chicken biryani and it was super tasty. We have not had this kind of tasty food before. And the staff was very friendly and replied and explained about the biryani in detail.

Food: I ordered the Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani priced at $18 including taxes. Unfortunately, the portion size didn’t match the price, and the biryani was served cold after a 20-minute wait. For a dum-cooked meal, it’s unacceptable for it to be cold, and the biryani itself was dry and lacked flavor.Service: The staff did their best, but the management’s decision to assign just one staff member to handle cash, dine-in, and online orders was impractical. Expecting one person to manage everything with just two hands is unreasonable.Atmosphere: The heating wasn’t working, and it was freezing outside at -7 degrees Celsius. It would have been considerate for the management to temporarily close dine-in service until the issue was resolved.Overall Experience: I expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff, who mentioned that management promised a better offer on my next visit. However, it feels like a ploy to entice me back, hoping I’ll spend more money without any guarantee of improvement in service or quality.I forgot to mention that the restaurant doesn't provide a physical menu card and instead directs customers to check the menu on Uber. In hindsight, I realize I should have placed an Uber order instead, as at least then I would have had the option for a refund due to the disappointing experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible by wheelchair

We are a family of 6 adults and a baby. Stopped by for lunch and had an amazing lunch. Food was delicious, just the right amount of spice and heat. We asked for mild. My son has nut allergies so we needed special cooking. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. Prices were very reasonable. Six of us ate for $100. Palak paneer, chicken biryani, naan, white rice, mutter paneer, drinks and dessert. We will be back when we pass through Kitchener again.Dietary restrictions: My son has nut allergies and the waitress was very helpful in ensuring that we ordered cashew-free dishes.

I’m a big fan of their biryani as they make it authentic, I was so wrong about their haleem.Last night got chicken haleem from this place and it was unappetizing, worst $14 I’ve ever spent.

I visited this place today for the exclusive buffet. Chicken soup was perfect. Chicken 65 was absolutely delicious. Haleem could be better. Chicken biryani was in room temperature which was little disappointing as well as butter naan. Kheer was just like homemade. And finally chai was so flavourful and outstanding. And the best part is the waitress harleen. Apart from being a waitress she was hosting, backend work and front end work. She was being nothing but brilliant. She highly deserves a hike or bonus.

Great food. We were late so some options were a little cold(in the buffet) but they were extremely nice to bring warm bread. The a la carte was awesome, they made recipe changes to accommodate my allergies too.The desert was the cherry on top. We had kaddu kheer.
