This place is amazing, if you have an issue speak with the owner. Such a great guy, really takes pride in his shop.Everyone knows the munchie, but beyond that they really care. Very much appreciated gentlemen. The garlic bread with cheese is wicked at Pepi's. They literally delivered it to me in like 15 mins. 9.8/10

Great subs, the Munchie in particular is delicious! Been a long time customer and will definitely return! Great service too, and super quick for a lunch hour visit. I just wish they didn't charge so much for extra toppings that aren't meat. I get that it costs money for extra toppings but whoa. I'll think twice about extra lettuce next time!

Pepi's pizza i have been a fan of for years visiting 5 different locations over time. I wanted to try the Pepi's Munchie sub for the first time with my daughter and explained this to the Pepi's lady on the phone. She asked how soon would I be eating it, which was not for a while as I had to pick it up in DT Kitchener to home in Cambridge. I received the paper wrapped sub with the sub sauce on the side with the explanation that she didn't want the sub to be soggy by the time eating. While there I asked for their amazing tomatoe sauce for my veal Parmesan tonight for supper. This was gladly sold to me by the pound with instructions on when to incorporate the sauce with the veal and cheese when baking. Perfect. The sub we shared at home and was nothing less than amazing and the the veal Parmesan that night was so delicious with the distinctive flavor of Pepi's tomato sauce. Than you Lady Pepi's. I will now be using your pizza and your tomato when doing cooking at home AND be back for another Munchie Sub.

This is the best pizza in London (yes I said London - even though the store is in Waterloo). The pizza is so good that when one of the staff comes to the London office from Waterloo, we have him drop by Pepi's and bring 10 pizza's along for the London office. Please open a London store...you guys are the best.
