I've only ever ordered takeout through uber eats but this is my absolute favourite place. I've had a nasty flu and I kept ordering their vegetable noodle soup because I cant have proper pho broth and it's always fresh and delicious. This is the only place that I've been able to drink the broth and not be sick afterwards. Vegetarians on days they were closed I tried a bunch of different pho restaurants and they were all sub par. I will only ever order from here, if theyd let me order just cups of that broth I would. I love pho but cant have the real thing and this place makes a DELICIOUS alternative with none of that nasty meat substitute only fresh veggies :) thanks for having a tasty veggie option, and thanks for all the soup while I was sickVegetarian options: Broth is light and flavorful no oil, none of the gross fake veggie meat just fresh vegetables. They always give me extra sauce when I ask. I've tried lots of places to get a pho experience that doesnt make me sick and I always end up coming back here. They actually make a vegetarian broth that is tasty, they dont leave out meat and call it vegetarian. This place is great

The food is excellent and the service is fast. Our regular dinner place when going to Costco. The green curry is delicious as is the Pho.
The food was expensive and not very good. Ordered off of door dash which inflated the cost a bit, but even based on the prices from their website the food is not worth the price.Ordered the shredded chicken pho with rice noodles and my husband ordered the rare beef and tripe pho. Neither were especially good. The main issue is the broth is just sub par and the noodles were not cooked thoroughly. The chicken was also not shredded, but in slices. If you’re looking for a really good pho, this is not the place.

Just ordered a large bowl of beef Pho and it's not authentic at all. The broth was very sweet and tasted nothing like pho. I'm sick and was looking forward to this broth to help my throat but instead it was a total waste of money. Will never order from here again. I could of made a better one at home.
I stopped by for lunch.It’s beautiful, roomy, nice and clean restaurant, very pleasant atmosphere.Service is superb, polite, attentive and professional.I ordered a phở bowl. The brooth is 8/10, saltiness sweetness and umami just perfect, I just think that the Phở spices can be a bit more for my taste , as I used to the brooth my Mom cooked , she is a Vietnamese. But I guessed this restaurant targeting Canadian more than Asian customers. ?Overall I still give this a 5 stars

Not impressed with Pho Bistro. Server was friendly and atmosphere was fine, but the experience stops there. Beef Pad Thai dish had some flavour, but there was very little meat in the dish. The Pho “Special” they served was essentially plain noodles in what tasted like bath water. Very disappointing meal.
