I love this location and once again I'm impressed.Ordered from Doordarshan today and forgot to change my location on the app. Food ended up being delivered to my son.. which he's happy about lol anyway I had to reorder my food with the right address this time and what I was so impressed with was an employee from the store called to confirm my order. I REALLY APPRECIATE THIS. who knows I could have ordered again by accident or who knows someone could have using my account to their benefit.. So Thank you so much pita pit on Ottawa st for the quick call to confirm. Btw my food is awesome

I've been coming to this location for years and never had a bad pita. The owner is real nice. I believe she operates another two locations aswell so they know what they're doing.Only constructive criticism that I have is I wish they had more specials on from time to time like a better price if you buy 2 of them. I also wish there were better sides instead of chips and cookies all the time. This might not be possible because of franchise laws however so I'm really not sure?Just something to think about change is good ?

Horrible, ordered a small buffalo chicken wrap with grilled mushrooms, peppers and onions and got such a small amount of chicken and vegetables. Maybe size of a teaspoon full. All lettuce wrap. Will definitely not be ordering here again. It was an Uber order and I threw out before taking a picture. Disappointed, pita pit is normally better then that.

Last time I was at a Pita Pit, they did not have donair sauce. I was pleasantly surprised by this and truly enjoyed it on my gyro pita.
Pita pit has been my favourite places to eat, however people working in food industry do not realize how important the “Service” part is!There were two staff at this location, the cashier was super sweet however this other pita artist - EMILY, was awful! She was so rude and mean and mind you she was also racist! She was picking the food from the counter (mind you not from the containers) and throwing it in my pita! She kept on rolling her eyes when I decided I no longer can have pineapple, so asked politely to remove them.The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the other staff there and my food was alright!My husband’s pita had chicken and it was not fresh at all!Next time you hire, please make sure the staff are polite & being empathic with clients!

Picked up some pitas today. Amanda took care of my order. Not gonna lie she is amazing. I'm so used to people half listening to you when they take your order. Acting like they don't want to be there and that you are a burden. Not Amanda. Quite the opposite really. She was Super friendly and warm. Constant smile on her face and makes you feel like you are appreciated as a customer. Made my pita perfect! Honestly one of the best dining experiences in ages!

Bad product and service. Went in and it was just myself and my boyfriend in there. Got a smoothie and a pita. They forgot my smoothie, I had to go back and ask. They really skimped on the pita fillings but then drowned it in ranch dressing after I said “just a little bit of ranch”. It tasted so gross and soggy plus the chicken was super dry.
