Every time I've eaten or ordered at this restaurant , the food is always delicious and the service is always great. A young girl ‘Komal’ she is so fast and makes my order pretty good. She is so fast to handle in busy environment…. I would recoment everybody to visit there

28th Jan @ 3.30pm : Worst experience at a pita pit location!Service 0/10Food 3/10Literally got served cold pcs of falafel on piece of tissue paper (see images)In-dine experience seemed so average - no greeting or recommendation, no trays , and cold sandwich was served.My buffalo chicken wrap was chewy & half cooked ..restaurant was clean and veggies were fresh though but not leaving as a happy customer for sure

Poor experience, chicken souvlaki I ordered was still cold when it was put onto the wrap. The three girls working barely knew how to speak English and put the wrong toppings on my pita. Won't be back.

The staff was not only super friendly upon pickup, but the food was delicious and thoughtfully put together neatly in the boxes - neatly labeled! Our family very much enjoyed lunch and it was stress free and easy clean up for us. Win win. Thank you to the team at this location.

I have been a regular customer at Pita Pit. The service that they provide is never disappointing. Even at busy hours, the crew never fail to have a chat with each customer and make the healthiest pitas haha. Totally recommend it!

Iv been a fairly regularly customer of pita pita at various locations for several years and I must say this is by far the worst experience at a pita pit. First the girl taking our order was super miserable and almost seemed bothered that we were there. Second she disappeared into the back for a few minutes before making the order and 3rdly. A huge cross contamination issue. I asked for tiziki sauce on my pita and when she applied the tiziki to the pita there were several black olives mixed in with the tiziki. When I told her she rolled her eyes and just left them there, I had to tell her 3 times before she removed just one olive and then starts arguing with me that she removed them all. It is clear that she uses one utensil for all sauces because it had several different colors of residue on them. Also a quick mention that the humis was dry and crusty. My girlfriend and I had intentions on eating in but after that experience I got it to go. If I could give zero stars to the miserable woman without a name tag I most absolutely would!!!!
