I ordered a pizza from this shop recently, and there was a small section of the pizza that was missing any cheese or toppings, there was water around it. It looked like someone had moved/removed a part after baking. When I called the shop to ask about it, they were very rude and said it was not "in their hands" and said they weren't responsible. They kept making excuses about it and said there was nothing they could do about it. I've been a loyal customer of this shop before, but never received such egregious customer service. Very disappointed.

I honestly wish I could leave a zero. The pizza is usually pretty decent, good sauce, etc...But if you want to eat at 6pm, try to get your order in by 4 or 430 in the afternoon. This place is an absolute joke. It's a Thursday night and it took two hours and three phone calls to get this sad excuse for pizza to our door. And to top it off, the driver whips out the debit machine as if I would have paid had I not already paid online. It's pretty crazy to take two hours to get two pizzas to somebody's house and then still think you should get paid. And the dips are wrong, for one last kick in the teeth.Bottom line. Don't order pizza from this place. There are probably 5 or 10 other places within five minutes that will get you hot pizza in a half hour. Buy frozen pizza from the grocery store. Make it yourself. Don't order pizza from Pizza Express.

Honestly this place has gone super downhill. Last straw is waiting over an hour for am order because they have a sub-par online ordering system, with the terrible customer service. Used to be our favourite pizza place but since the manager doesn't care about customer service we will be finding somewhere new!

Order the pizza at 450. Was told 45 minutes which would bring us to 5:35 called back at 6:15. They stated it would be another 20 minutes. I asked for a discount and the offered free dipping sauce. I would not recommend this if you want to eat at any point within 2 hours. We told them to forget it if the pizza comes. We're not paying!

Wow, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!I’ve been waiting for an hour, I called to ask what was taking so long and they said they are delayed and it would take another hour.
