My daughter had a fantastic time playing in the play area. The lattes were great; the food was average. The staff were cold and not friendly at all, which was off putting given the place was geared towards children.

I enjoyed coming here with my two year old for an hour during a cold day. He LOVED the jungle gym (much more his size than the ones at most parks) and kept asking to go back for weeks. It’s a little pricy if you want to go with more than one adult, in my opinion. If adults were slightly less expensive I’d get coffee with a girlfriend here more often. As an indoor activity for just one adult and young and kiddo it’s great. Will definitely be going back.

I like the place and the concept, only thing is that I found it more for bigger children, they run freely and enjoy it so much, however with babies (or like mine 2yr) parents have to be next to them to help them climb or avoid bigger kids hit them. They only had one staff person for a Saturday, I think it will be better service with 2. Also I would suggest that ticket for under 3yr should include one adult (it is not like babies can go alone of course) and then ticket per additional adult is ok.

The fact that adults have to pay full price to watch their kids play is absurd. I could understand if it was a playground at the same scale as a place like funvilla (which doesn't charge an adult to accompany a child) but it is quite small, standard outdoor playground size. I would not take my child in to play for that price. The coffee was good, and reasonably priced though, second star is for that only.

This is a very cute place and concept, and I was very excited to come here the first few times with my son. Recently, however, the play area hasn't seemed very clean when we have visited.During my most recent booking, I decided to leave early because staff were not screening for illness and there was a very sick child in the play area coughing on everything. He was also eating an apple, leaving apple chunks all throughout the playroom. I was not comfortable letting my 11 month old continue to crawl around and play after that.I brought up my concerns to staff, they apologized and said they would try to be better. The girls seemed sweet and I imagine they might not have been screening for fear of having to turn people away. Nonetheless, it made for a poor experience.

Great place. I wish we didn't have to pay for adults as most other places you do not have to . Regardless I will still go back as my daughter loves

The play place and the coffee is great! It is well lit, looks polished with a great play system and places for adults to sit, and has a lot of fun things for kids under the age of 6 to explore (when there are kids that are older than this that come it ruins the fun for the littles who it seems designed for as they get bowled over). There are a great variety of classes and extras, like pizza and meet a character night. However, it is expensive for an entire family to come as everyone pays the same price (except under 1 year old who is free). There are no discounts for adults who accompany their children like other play places in the region. I would love to see an adult price be lower or a free coffee or tea when you come or something like that.Overall it is a lovely atmosphere and a great place to visit with your little kids. The points program is good to join if you are going to visit frequently.

First time I've ever visited this location and I'll be sure to be coming back! The service was absolutely amazing, alongside the drinks and snacks! They were all absolutely delicious. We recently hosted our son's 5th birthday party here, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! The entire process was stress-free and we were able to be present and just enjoy the party with our family and guests, rather than worry about logistics. We ordered food platters in advance and it was not only convenient but also absolutely delicious- enjoyed by both kids and adults! The kids had a safe and clean space to play, giving parents the chance to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee. It made the celebration hassle-free and enjoyable for everyone! Our son and his friends had an absolute blast, and many parents commented on what a fantastic venue it is for hosting children's parties. We highly recommend paying a visit to Play A Latte for any occasion, and we'll certainly return!

They have a great social media presence and awesome events. I was so excited to check it out but was very let down. The place is quite run down and dirty. Certainly needs a face lift. All the chairs and benches are peeling. Took forever to receive my latte. The place has so much potential but is very over priced as you need to pay for adults to visit as well. Considering the steep prices I would expect better upkeep. Also the parking lot is a nightmare. Will not be back.

Held a 5th birthday for my daughter and the space and staff member Lindsay were great. She made sure everything went smoothly. We had a princess attend the party and the studio space was great for crafts and our pizza party.

Great concept. Kids love it.As a parent I found it expensive. 2 children with 2 adults observing is ~$50.Furniture and play equipment could use an upgrade - my toddler was focused on the tears in couch when sitting. Lol.
