I ordered Large tandoori paneer pizza but they forgot to add tandoori paneer the main thing. I came home and Then i came to know that the topping is missing i call them and they said come back to store we will give you replacement but why i go to store again because its your mistake you suppose to deliver and its snow strom outside And lady is on phone offering me $5 credit looks like she didn’t know what’s called customer service so rude. Worst customer service

They are very generous in their tippings and the pizza is good, however there is something with the meat topping. Tandoori chicken has a taste like its old or been in freezer. If they change it to fresh meat every day that will be a game changer because their pizza is pretty good if they fix that one thing.

I love this place, here is my recipe, XL tandoori chicken pizza, Thin crust, extra tomatoe sauce and extra cheese and well done and desi style with red and green chili peppers, and garlic and light ginger and coriander,, TRUST ME YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE!!

Terrible customer service!Ordered a butter chicken pizza with double sauce for pick up. Upon reaching home after the pick up realised there’s no double butter chicken sauce as requested. Called them back and they kept on denying.I’ve always had it as extra butter chicken sauce and I’d know the difference when it’s not extra!All they kept on showing was denial.Plus the chicken tasted bad and super super dry but why would they care?Wish they teach their employees some customer service.Waste of money and food!

Day before yesterday we ordered 1 lb oven baked fish and that was disgusting. We called their customer service, they said us to visit in person in store. When we went there in store, we told them that it smells very bad so we don’t need it but in reply we listened from them that we r selling this same fish from morning. I asked them to take this back and in return just give us medium pizza because I had to go in my shift @10:30 and I was in store till 10:05 but they said I have to pay extra for that. Which was wrong. I also worked in a food department but their rudeness was wrong. Like, I don’t like their service they don’t care of any customers service they r just to make money. Nothing else. They really deserve zero star but no option for that that’s why giving 1 star. Otherwise, u deserve 0.

“This was my first time dining at this Popular pizza , and despite the rush, I was impressed by the level of service. The staff member was patiently explained the menu, which I truly appreciated. It’s evident that he’s hardworking and dedicated to his job.Now, onto the food - I tried the Tandoori Paneer pizza, and it was a delightful surprise! The flavors were on point, and it left me craving for more.Overall, a great experience marked by excellent service and delicious pizza.And i see some negative reviews i feel those are irrelevant and purposeful.

Just ordered FAMILY SIZE SHAHI PANEER PIZZA and got it cooked improperly. When called their customer service and they offered 10$ credit for the next order instead of resolving the current issue and told me to go back to the store (6.5 km each side from my house)so they can cook the same pizza again…. So professional they are!! ??????????.Also, Shahi paneer gravy was almost missing in Shahi Paneer Pizza?Will never go to any of the POPULAR PIZZA ever.
