This was our second visit. The first time we had espresso and a capuccino and this time a capuccino and a cup of brewed coffee.First time ordered cinnamon rolls and they were delicious.Second time we went for scrambled eggs and croissant and a french toast with cheese. I do apologize as I am not familiar with the names.Second time there was apparently one staff only and it took longer to get served although there was us and another table. I had to ask to get our table cleaned as it was filthy from previous customers and there were even hairs. It was cleaned right away. The server was very nice, I think that because it was just one, made the service slow and not great. We also had to ask for sugar as the jar had none left. Then after we got our food, we had to ask for utensils. None of this bothered us (except for the filthy table) but I am just mentioning because maybe these comments will lead to having more than just one staff working and improve service.My second capuccino (ordered Large both visits) was smaller, unsure why. The taste: the same or maybe better but surely less amount. It was a different cup too.The food...loved the french toast. The scrambled egg croissant was nice but I would order something different next time.The place is cozy, inviting and I love the decor and the wall that has all the pink cups. They should have more exposure for sure and have been trying to gather a group of my girl friends to come here for brunch but hopefully they have more staff working.Vegetarian options: Lots of options. Not familiar w the namesParking: There are spots on the street and a small lot to the left on King which is paid from Mon to Friday only

I was incredibly excited to come to the Rose Cafe; the pictures of this cafe were always stunning and I heard good things about it.Although, my experience was not as good as I had hoped. The food and drinks were mediocre and in my opinion, were insanely overpriced for what I received. The service was poor, we were never checked on and the front desk was often left unattended. The bathrooms were unkept and made me feel slightly uncomfortable. Overall, I just wouldn’t come here again nor recommend it.

I catered for a huge event, and not only were they so understanding and were able to match my budget but everything was absolutely amazing. I got a variety of tiramisu (which was an absolute hit!), the pistachio cake, basbousa, baklava, and vegan brownies. I genuinely did not know which was my favourite cause it was all absolutely amazing and I’m definitely becoming a regular! Definitely worth trying out!

I am truly disheartened with the experience at Rose Cafe.My family and I decided to visit rose cafe on sunday afternoon at 4 pm. Upon walking in to the cafe, we were instantly impressed by the theme. It is lively, inviting and the roses are beautifully arranged.The desserts behind the glass looked very appealing and we were greeted by a kind waitress.We ordered a caramel cappuccino, cinnamon bun latte a vanilla cupe cake, a lazy cake, and a savory cookie.We were asked to sit down and as we took our seat we noticed the unclean tables, unclean seats and the dirty dishes scattered at all the tables.We asked for our food to go after seeing the state of the cafe.We recieved our drinks and cakes and left.When we reached our car we realized the cappuccino was missing the caramel, the cupcake was burnt, the lazy cake and savory cookie were dry, stale and quite grotesque to the pallet. I truly question some food pracitces that are leading up to such product being served.I hope rose can get it together because the potential is there but the food and atmosphere are truly suffering due to negligence.

Just met with a friend for brunch. Rose Cafe was a lovely setting - the rosy theme really brings something special. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The drink menu is also quite diverse with lots to choose from.

My life is happier now that I know this place. The food is out of this world - delicious. Everything is beautiful, and it tastes amazing. We ordered several dishes and desserts for lunch and it was consistently amazing.Kid-friendliness: Kids who love pink and flowers will LOVE this place.

A great place for a get together and some cute pics. Food could use some improvement though. Frappé was flavorless, baklava was good, pizza was okay but quite small and cheese moajanat was different than what I expected and not that great. Prices for desserts are a little crazy sitting at double digits for a slice of cake. The place is very feminine and cute. Come here for the vibes, pics and a quick bite and just get a meal somewhere else.
