This used to be my favourite pizza place. The ingredients tasted amazing, the crust was delicious and the extra effort of adding quality ingredients really showed.However, now the pizza tastes generic, the menu has totally changed, the unique pizza options are now gone, the ingredients and crust don’t taste the same, and the homemade variety of dips are gone.This was disappointing to say the least. Not any better than your average pizza place now.

It used to be an amazing place but the new owners have ruined it. The pizza tastes like Pizza Pizza but for double the price. I'm never stepping in this place ever again. Gone are the home made dips and the pulled pork pizza. Save your money and go somewhere else. Edit: clearly your new menu isn't very successful if all the new genuine reviews are complaining about the same thing lol .. I also find the new 5 star reviews a bit sus, how much did you pay them?

Like other reviews have said this place is not what it used to be. Gone are the homemade dips and pizzas, replaced by generic what are likely pre-made ingredients and mass market dips. Low quality food. If you want good pizza with fresh ingredients make the trip to Back of House Pizza instead.

Rustic slice used to be out favorite pizza shop. We hadn't had it in a while and decided to indulge. We orderd a few panzorottis, and expected our usual results.When I picked it up, it came in one large box instead of the usual 2 small ones. No biggie there, maybe it saves on packaging. However because of this I wanted to check and make sure it was the right order. I opened the box and what I saw made me do a double take. There were 2 panzos in the box, however they looked like they were rolled instead of folded over, and they smelled obviously different. I feared the worst, as I realised that ownership or something must have changed. But I was willing to give it a try.After returning home we have it a try. The crust kind of smelled like a doughnut and concerned both myself and my wife. After eating it, it was mediocre at best, and I didn't feel so well after. Did they deep fry it or something to cook it? It sure as heck seemed like it.It's not bad, but it's certainly not what it once was, and I wouldn't call it good anymore. I wouldn't recommend it anymore, and hope that the new management realises that with the current results, I don't think they will be around for long.
For the longest time, my favorite pizza place in town was Pepi's Pizza on water street. They are still ok but their quality seems to have come down a little. Highly recommend!

Really good pizza! We got single slices and the slices were huge for a reasonable price. The pizza was great, we will definitely be back!Staff was nice too and the place was super clean!
