I had an excellent experience at this store and was very impressed by the quality of customer service I received. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful, polite, and professional. I was acknowledged upon entering the store and was offered assistance immediately.

I bought the wrong bottle and went to return the UNOPENED bottle 20 minutes later. They didn't have the one I was suppose to get, and REFUSED to refund me! (It was the same clerk I had just purchased it from 20 minutes before) she couldn't give me a store credit either, saying it was company policy. Only exchanges, so I was forced to buy something I didn't want. I asked for the owner's email, she gave me the wrong email. I will simply take my $200 monthly supplement bill back to Fiddleheads where they understand customer service, and will not use S&H again.

PRICE GAUGING HAND SANITIZER IS ILLEGAL AND WRONG.$19.99 for a mini dollar store bottle of sanitizer!??!?Boycott this store ASAP. Advertising on a billboard out front of the mall that they have hand sanitizer. When you ask for it (behind the counter because they keep it hidden), you're told it's $19.99 for what would be $1 at the dollar store. Multiple people will be reporting you to the government today. Shame on you.

Just visited Stanley Park store. Very poor Customer Service. Clerk was more interested in talking with the sales rep than serving customers . No acknowledge from either one of them. Lost sale today for S & H Health Foods

I go out of my way to come to this location and 4 out of 10 times the fat lady with the blonde hair is out having a smoke when I go there and it's locked.Instead of standing out there chit-chatting with people while she's having a cigarette, she should be serving customers, needless to say I will be going to a different location going forward.
