Visited St. Street Burger recently and was thoroughly impressed by the casual yet inviting atmosphere. What really set this place apart was the exceptional service. Two staff members, Bhargav and Ravi, went above and beyond to ensure our meal was enjoyable. The burgers were perfectly cooked, and the fries were crisp to perfection. very expensive ... Reg size onion ring price shown on board is 1.5 dollar but on the cashier it shows 6.5 dollar! the same for fries ... a small sandwich costs you $10.5 dollar with tax and as meal $17.5! and on top of that you have to pay extra for cheese! you have to get two or three meals to feel

What’s with people taking your money with gloves on and then going back to making and touching food with the same gloves on?!? Money is the dirtiest thing and the guy who served me didn’t change his gloves. I said umm you need to change your gloves, you just touched and handed me change. He said oh yeah sorry. This seems to happen a lot in fast food service but it’s disgusting and unsafe!

Employees are incompetent and have no idea what they are doing, burgers were over cooked and burnt, fries undercooked, fries were cold aswell, buns were burnt and tasted like saw dust. Our fountain drink was full to the top in ice and no pop. Will not be going to south street again. Waste of money and time.

I can't believe I had burger in 8 dollars. It's really juicy and mouthwatering. Well top of it I am surprised they have beer too. Great staffVegetarian options: They have veggie burger too.
I’m happy to be able to give a 5 star review! The last two times I’ve gone to the BoardWalk location, and I was not impressed there.. thankfully I gave this location a try. Better, friendlier service, and the topping availability was better, and it seemed to taste better! We did the BOGO birthday special for my friend. Otherwise, I do find their prices a bit on the steep side for a fast food burger meal..

I empathize with the staffing challenges, but it's unacceptable to witness a disregard for Ontario Food Safety Laws. During my 20-minute wait, I saw staff handling cash, the computer, and food without washing their hands after wiping their foreheads. I cannot comfortably consume food that might have been handled after touching currency or sweat. It's concerning and disappointing to witness such hygiene negligence while expecting a meal.
