I ordered a matcha latte a few days back, no greetings when entered the place to get my order. I was very disappointed after hearing about a comment, the blond staff was passing over my drink and that too it was with another customer.Now the customer said, instead of placing this order, I would eat grass when that blond staff answered laughing at it, it’s not for everyone. Now, this shows quite a disrespect that you are working at the store and disrespecting customers like this.For the first time, I met with such a staff there.

Always great service, both in store and drive thru. Good selection of china cups, travel cups, holiday cups. Good food. Especially Vanilla Bean scones.Parking: Quite a tough spot to get in and out. Can be tight squeeze. Off of busy main artery. Getting to drivethru is dicey at times.
Came in during the holidays, and despite the rush, the staff were sweet and accommodating. Will be returning!
