I just ordered food around 0720 hrs and ordered spinach feta wrap, potato chive and two drinks. I asked for Sriracha sauce on side they left the whole packet inside the sandwich . Unfortunately I couldn’t go back to store as i had to be somewhere on time . Also one of the drink I ordered vt ice chai latte was supposed to be no ice and i got ice in it . Terrible

Super friendly Starbucks. Good vibes and experience. The wait wasn't too bad and the drinks tasted spot . My favourite part is that they forgot to charge me but that is of course nothing to complain about. I would go back to this location not because of the free order, but because of the experience.

It saddens me to leave a review here but the other day my boyfriend ordered a London fog and the lid was never sealed on. We drove away not aware the lid wasn’t put on correctly and when he went to pick up the drink it was so so hot, it spilled everywhere and it left burns all over his hands. We had to pull over and wipe everything up. The tea was abnormally hot even tho we didn’t ask for extra hot. It was so hot I couldn’t even touch the cup without it burning. After 10 minutes of letting the tea cool down he went for a sip and said that it tasted like nothing, like hot water. We go to Starbucks a lot and now we are considering if it’s worth the risk. We have been waiting on a pick up order for 45 minutes. and the drive through is getting their drinks way before us! how does this make any sense at all. Terrible customer service!!!

Have ordered 2 matcha lattes here over 2 separate visits. Both times matcha wasn't dissolved properly prior to making the drinks. Using matcha powder isn't like mixing chocolate milk powder... it needs to be properly done which is why specialty tools like matcha whisks exist, and this is an art in countries like Japan. I won't be ordering matcha latte at this location again.

This location makes good coffee and desert,treats etc. I only give it 3 stars because the drive thru and service inside is unnecessarily that it is truly pathetic. There is always 15 to 30 cars piled at the drive thru and when you finally to the window
