The sandwich artist was very unwelcoming, he gave no greeting and had was just staring at me weirdly. While paying I also asked for a Pepsi but he did not charge me for it and when I went to go grab it, he kept gaslighting me that I did not ask for any drink and continued on that stance. Like why would I possibly NOT have asked for it and then have gone to grab it. So rude, do not recommended this specific place.

Received my sub from Uber Eats. When I opened it the bun felt like it was stale. Called restaurant and was told I ordered it toasted. Nowhere on my receipt or order was la it to be toasted. Trying to explain I was looking at my receipt and there was no where stating toasted. Employee just kept saying it was toasted. He then just hung up on me.Customer service at its finest.

Easily one of the better places to get food in town. The place was quiet, and pleasant, even at 6:30 on a Friday. The man who helped me, Vicky, was enthusiastic, and cheerful. The food was excellent. I know I'll be back.

The young man at the counter needs to be either replaced or taught how to assist customers, speak up and be helpful. If you're that bored find another job. This is one location I will never frequent again.
Just went in to get 2 six in subs. Their Italian herb and cheese bread barely had any herb or cheese on it. Glorified white sub bread, basically. Seems like they had the cooler for the veggies and meats on too high, as there was frost in all the containers. Most of the veggies were old and starting to wilt/go off. The best part was the employee answering his phone WITH HIS GLOVES ON while trying to wrap up my sub.I get not caring about a low paying job, but come on. Care just a little more, just enough to not be a potential health hazard, maybe?

Absolutely pathetic experience. The staff member behaves as if the shop is his. It's not that I don't know his name but I am not denigrating myself to his level.His customer handling skills are zero. The only request for Subway is that either you guys hire people who knows how to work or train the recruits and teach them the importance of customer satisfaction. The guy there behaves as if he was giving away charity. I encourage Subway to train their staff regarding the importance of treating every race and ethnicity with respect.
