I got food poisoning from the chicken teriyaki bowl.
Placed pick up order at 11:15pm but they called and told the griller as well as the toaster is out of order it’s happening for second time . It has happened before. Never ordering from this place again. Worst customer service.

South Indian guy at the counter was very rude.They denied my order at 11:30 pm precisely, despite closing the store at 12.Totally unprofessional behaviour by the subway.
Very often me and my wife are hungry after a long shift and beside the awesome timing being open until 00h00am you guys have an amazing crew working there.Specially Kevel, an example in how customer service need to be, smoothly and making the customer feel comfortable and welcome. I ordered online I reached outside and got a call from a guy he said he doesn’t have any breads after that I told him to swap it with bowl he denied even after their fault of not having the bread. Absolutely pathetic customer service.
