I had an unfortunate incident where my sandwiches were not securely packed, leading to them falling and scattering on the ground as soon as I dropped them. Upon returning to request a remake and better packaging, possibly with a sticker or bag, the manager refused service, insisting that it was my responsibility to request proper packaging upfront. As someone who works in customer service, I believe it shouldn't fall on the customer to ensure basic packaging standards, especially when unaware of such policies. The manager's interaction was not only unapologetic but also rude, frequently interrupting me as I explained the situation. This level of customer service was disappointingly poor, leaving me with no intention to return.

Some time ago, I contacted the owner to share my experience with a sandwich that was so poorly made, I couldn't eat it. The response I received seemed to suggest disbelief in my account, followed by a generic statement about employee training, essentially dismissing my experience. This interaction left a lasting impression, and I haven't returned since. The owner's dismissive attitude still bothers me, and I'm considering reaching out to corporate to express my concerns.

Amazing experience. Best subway in kitchener. The girl who made my sub made sure it’s packed extremely well. It also tasted amazing. I took a SUPRIMO sub. Also, I used a coupon from the app.The sandwich unit was up-to the mark. Every vegetable was looking freshly chopped. Containers were full.I couldn’t stop myself from buying one more same footlong.Can always count on them to never mess up your order, Always quality service at this locations.Must Try. ?

The sub lacked proper ingredients, leaving me feeling like I was just eating plain bread. I wasn't expecting extra, just the right quantity, but even that was lacking. It felt like I was eating plain bread instead of a satisfying sub and The owner's rudeness overshadowed my Subway experience. He was very rude to other customers.

Ordered Subs for me and my kids,my son ordered what he wanted and I ordered meatball sub. The man working behind the counter was preparing my meatball sub and say what would you like on it,I tell him I would like everything except hot peppers and olives,he says to me oh everything isn't included you can only have 3 items! I get the 3 items than I pay for the 4 subs and as we were preparing to leave my Son says did you get napkins mom? The man behind the counter turns to my son and says you have napkins at home don't you?Well after paying $45.00 you would think that you would get napkins with your subs and have what you want on your subs ,not just 3 items and have to pay extra if I wanted more. Well after that horrible service my son and i walk out and get in the car and drive home.. We get in the house my son notices on the receipt the the man billed me for a sub combo after i told him 4 or 5 times that i did not want cookies and pop with my sub!! My son got on the phone to call the head office but finds our that you cannot call the head office because they don't give you that option and you can only send message by email. Well my soon puts in the complaint and tells them that somebody better get back to him ASAP or we would have the man at the store charged with theft as he charged me for something I told him 4 or 5 times I didn't want!!! Well my son gets a phone call about 45 minutes to an hour later and low and behold it was that man from that same store that we were putting the complaint in about. That was Thursday dec 20 2023 and when my son realized it was that same man he hung up and put in the complaint for the second time but nobody has returned our call! This was the worst service I've ever experience at a subway and now because of this I will never return to subway ever again! I also have to wonder how many other customers has this worker done this to??? This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at subway and I will never return, I will ordered subs from another place that sell subs perhaps Mr submarine. I don't recommend this store if you want subs it's very poor service and you won't get napkins with your subs!!! AMAGINE THAT☹️??
