I ordered a foot long tuna grilled through the app which currently has 6 cookies for free if you order through the app. Went to the store to pick up my sub. Asked them about the cookies. They said it doesn’t show on my order. I opened the app to show them the deal and the cookies that I added to my order. I don’t know how to view my order history. Store manager says she doesn’t know how to use the app and asked me to go and ask one of the other customers how to be able to view it. I asked her if she was able to me the cookies since I ordered it online and the deal clearly is there. She says she cannot and she doesn’t know how to use the app. Fine I left not happy that she was not willing to do anything about that. Come home and my order was a grilled tuna but it was not grilled. Now I am grilling my own tuna footlong.

Service there is met with hostility towards customers. 2 older ladies want to block off all customer access to the washroom to skip having to clean washrooms during their shifts. They think they can get away with covid like protocols all while using the same dirty knife on everyone's sandwiches. I'm allergic to tomatoes and this lady throws tomatoes on, just to remove them when I said no, I didn't ask for any and continue to give me the same sandwich.

Once I opened my sandwich I noticed the meat was turning a grey/green colour and was clearly not fresh. Upon returning the sandwich, the fella behind the counter preferred to debate the freshness instead of just doing the refund.Not going back!!!
