Meh... on paper the food looks and sounds good, but reality it's very bland. You can make the same burger at home. Overpriced.It's ok if you want something edible I guess.

Really disappointed with my visit here. We had to wait nearly 40 minutes for the first burgers to come out & then my order was messed up and it took nearly 20/25 minutes for a replacement burger. So in the process of waiting my boyfriend’s burger got cold because obviously he’s not going to eat without me. I get that mistakes happen but it should have been prioritized. The server said “sorry we got a lot of take out orders we’re doing” like glad takeout orders are more important than people physically sitting in the restaurant. Absolutely disgusted with the service, especially for the COST of things these days. The works is not cheap and we don’t come here often, (our second time in about 9 months) and I truly regret it. I feel like employers have gotten lazy and cheap aka not having enough staff on hand.

Very good burgers, good service and good atmosphere.
I took my fiance here for his birthday dinner & the food was great. However that day they had gotten new debit machines. It took multiple attempts for it to go through & it finally did. A couple days later I noticed I was triple charged. I called the restaurant & spoke to a young woman who took my information & the manager would be in contact. 3 days later no response, I drove to the restaurant. The same woman who I had spoken to earlier that week told me only the manager could give me my refund. She told me he would be in contact with me as he was on vacation. A week goes by & no response. Called multiple times & emailed the owner, again no response. I finally decided to call my credit card company. They have just resolved the issue now (Jan 11). The incident occurred December 6th. This was poorly handled by the staff & owner. I will never return to this establishment.

I ordered through Ubereats! Fries came stone cold, vegetables were slimy and not eatable! Beyond expiry date in seemed! Not sure who was watching the food going out? Burger was good. Sad that I spent close $100.00 on a meal worth much less! And for just two adults and a child. I will not order from this restaurant again!!

I got a flyer at home and did the order online. I just called the restaurant 5 minutes ago, saying that I had no way to add the free Tower O Rings to the order and if they could do it by phone. The lady attending the other side just said, I’m sorry. I have the flyer here, but I am not sure how that flyer works. I cannot add onion rings. I asked her to ask management, and the answer was, I am sorry, but there is no manager right now. I am not sure what to do. Sorry. How do you manage to send flyers with fake promotions? At least train your workers so they don’t mess up your clients. Please train better today's lady that attended the phone. wth

I wish we could say it was a great experience. This review is based off 2 visits because we have it a second shot thinking it was a one off. First visit Nov. '22, restaurant was freezing cold, first we were told they were out of fries, no big deal that happens but then there was 2 other things we tried to order to be told it was unavailable,, I think there was only 2 other tables so it wasn't busy but we had to wait nearly and hour for our food to come, but the young male waiter, did apologize, we were just surprised that for a pub style fast food how many basic staples were unavailable. Nov.'23, stuck with just over an hour to kill we decided to give it a second try. Kitchen staff had to ding the bell for the waitress to acknowledge that we stood for close to 10 minutes to be seated, again, restaurant had one group of 6, and 2 couples ,so it wasn't busy. This time they did have what we asked for , allthough when our main burger and fries came, from another girl, she asked if there was anything else we needed and we questioned our appetizer that we ordered, she apologized said let me go check, to which our original server came back and said, I'm so sorry, I completely forgot to order that one do you still want it? The food was so so, not the usual greatness of a works burger. But I will say my strawberry banana shake was delicious. But when we were finished, the waitress forgot us again. Finally WE walked right up, almost 5 ft from the cash out, she carried a conversation for about 3 or so minutes before we finally had to ask, excuse me, we were wondering if we could get the bill please? just smile and carried on with "of ya, sure, of course. No apology , she wasn't even aware of what was happening. It really was quite disappointing. Never again will we try that location.
