A dirty location. Not well kept at all. We had a hard time finding a clean table to sit at. And this was 7 am in the morning. Restroom was very dirty.I don't think I might visit this location again. Might go for a different Tim's nearby even if I have to drive a bit.

I ordered ice coffee through mobile app i waited their for five minutes more than 15 minutes after ordering through app noone came to the mobile order section i tried to ask a employee but he said sorry someone else will help me yes i can understand there was a person who was waiting for the uber order here his order was ready but he did not wanted be look like thief thats why he was trying to contact the employees but no-one was attending him he picked up order and went to employees to tell them that he is picking up uber order this is their customer service no in my order i like sweet things so i put extra cane sugar syrup with two sugar extra in my order still i am getting blank coffee with no sweetness what is happening here i am attaching my online order recipt with this order so everyone should know its a common problem with tim hortons but this one is the worse one.

Both service and food are so much better in the morning. After 3-4 PM, avoid going here at all costs. Worst service ever compared to other Tim Hortons I have been to and food, not at all good as nothing is prepared the way it should be. Worst employees ever possible in the evenings through the night. This probably is the same case with other customers as well.

Dear Owner,I visited your Tim Hortons location on March 3rd between 1-2 pm and unfortunately experienced some issues that I believe need to be addressed. I approached the supervisor and shared my concerns, but unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment or assurance of resolution.The washroom was not as clean as I expected, and despite reporting the matter and waiting for an hour while eating my food, no one cared enough to consider the request. I believe a prompt and proactive response in such situations is crucial for customer satisfaction.I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe there is potential for improvement. This is quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had with Tim Hortons. So highly disappointed. I ordered a dream cookie (which I didn’t receive), which was substituted for an alternative cookie that’s half the price. The timbits were barely assorted.
