If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible horrible service! First off, the guy on the cash said yes sir… I’m a very feminine looking female with a shorter hair style! I said I’m not a guy and he just looks at me… I said no apology?!? He just stares… I ordered… he looked dirty and scratches himself with gloves on and gets my drink… the food looked burnt and super small… I didn’t want to eat anything from here! The other person on cash messed up this lady’s order beside me… horrible Tim’s all around! Learn how to talk and give positive customer service!

**** so somebody replies to my review over this horrible Tim Hortons experience. I am too please call that number or go on my app to talk to somebody over a chat. So I call the phone number twice the first time I wait on hold for 27 minutes so I hang up the second time I'm on hold for 14 minutes so I hung up again they clearly aren't taking anything seriously I will never be back to that Tim Hortons ever. I don't need hair in my food or a manager who's so oblivious to doing her job correctly.No one in the drive thru, but i still chose to walk in and order. Waited 3 mins for the employees to stop talking to help me the only customer in line.The manager is playing with her hair. Twirling her ponytail in bedhind the counter around food. Gross. Way to go ManagerAbsolutely disgusting. Slow and very rude.

i just need to know why it’s so damn hard to get a simple order right. every time i order from here at least one of my items is wrong or even missing. this time it was the wrong donut. last time my coffee came without any sugar…. the time before they forgot the cheese on my bagel. this list can go ON AND ON. don’t order from here. it’s run by a bunch of retards.

I got a new phone and forgot to add my card in it, didn’t realize i couldn’t pay through my phone and ordered here. The lady gave my order for free. It happened first time with me but she was generous. It was nice act of kindness:)

As someone who's worked the same shift, understaffed, at a non 24-hr Tim Hortons in the past, I don't like to complain. But I find it disappointing to go in at 9:30pm, an hour and a half before closing, and not be able to even get a bagel toasted because they have shut off the toaster already. I've also been told multiple times at this time of night that they've already started cleaning their hot chocolate/French vanilla dispenser. The priorities set in place for closing at this location are not considerate of the customers whatsoever. I know how long it takes to close, and these things should not be started this early in the night. I'm sorry but I hope these changes can be made in the future.

Disgusting packaging and very poor customer service. My wrap was leaking from bottom and asked for better packaging one of staff member offered me tissue. Really Tim Hortons!!

I went to this location on Friday 8th at around 8am.Ordered small dd and everything bagel toasted with cream cheese.then i saw the girl making my bagel put on gloves while waiting for it to be toasted she askec were is Rishi the guy was serving at drive thru window she went and tapped him on his back with the same hand that had the glove and then came back and took the bagel and started preparing it with the same glove she was tapping the guy on his back thts food safety issue l wanted to ask for the manager but I was in a rush as I am a uber driver and a customer was waiting to be picked up.Seems like this guys are not trained with canadian food safety cause she could have contaminated the the bagel by touching the guys tshirt even if it was clean thats food hazard.I threw away the bagel.Pleased train your staff with food safety training.

My wife and I ordered breakfast sandwiches, coffee and hash browns on Sunday morning. When I finally got our order, my wife's English muffin had mold on it. I returned it and got a refund. But when I was finally ready to join her, she showed me the table top was filthy; looked like it hadn't been wiped clean in a long time. The hash browns were barely warm. Her black coffee was very butter. My coffee with cream was mostly milk with a taste of bitter coffee. When she took both coffees into the washroom to pour them down the sink, the liquid splashed all over her pants from the leaking pipe under the sink. Guess where I'll never go again!
