Worst coffee shops in Ontario. Can we replace them all with Balzac's or McDonald's?McDonald's does have their historic good coffee. Now Tim Hortons Coffee sucks and I changed from a fan to someone who is deeply disappointed.

Went to drive through. They do not have iced coffee or cold brew. This is ridiculous. The lady was quite rude while answering. It’s a coffee shop with no coffee lol.

This store is the worst, the ladies working there spend more time chatting to each other and on there cellphones then listening and taking orders correctly. I always bring my own cup and they charge me full price when I tell them it’s cheaper they say No not here… what? And they never have steeped

They don't take rewards points, their debit is probably down, can't find them on the Tim Hortons app to complain, you will probably wait 5-10 minutes at the speaker before they take your order(you will have to say hello a bunch, make noise, even honk the horn). Then they'll mess up your order.

Went to this location at roughly 6:45 am on Sunday, January 14th, 2024.I ordered three items.A large double double.A donutA chocolate milkThe lady working the drive through made a coffee that was wrong, told me she had charged me for two coffees (when I only ordered one)Asked me what I wanted the second coffee to be and I told her Double Double like I had originally ordered.Like how frustrating that you can’t even do a customer service job right.Tim Hortons should at least hire people who are competent enough to take orders correctly and be able to input the proper amount into the interac machine…I was the only one in the drive through so not like she could even mix up my order with someone’s else’s. You literally have one job to do. Take someone’s order and make sure it’s correct. Like how hard is that?!Like how did you assume out of our interaction that I wanted two coffees? And why wouldn’t you tell me when I was at the ordering point that you didn’t have any chocolate milk?!So brutal.

They’ll ask you to repeat yourself twice then ask you to pull up to the window and ask you what your order was a third time. After that they’ll still get it wrong. Now I have to make coffee at home like a pleb.
