Drive thru order . I ordered a large tea with 2 milk and a shot of vanilla. It was perfect!! They use 4 pumps for 1 vanilla. Not one pump for a large drink for a select few of Tim's. Also ordered a raisin bran muffin which was fresh and delish!

I went on Wednesday night around 9:45 PM. I waited at the order screen for almost 4 or 5 minutes, but no one replied to me. Then I drove to the window, where a girl named Nelio told me I had just driven off. I explained to her that I had waited there for almost 4 or 5 minutes. This thing has happened to me 4 or 5 times. It's the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced. Not only am I unsatisfied with the customer service, but so are all of my friends. I'd better inform the owner to implement stricter rules; otherwise, your employees will soon give a reason for the permanent shutdown of this store.

every day i come here by 9:pm i found those ppl cleaning the French vanilla machine by 9:00 pm and they close at 11 pm worst things ever it’s happening to me every day when I come to get my french vanilla , next time, higher ppl who understand that cleaning only for last half an hour, not two hours before you close.

Avoid at all costs!!! They have a double side drive thru and basically ignore the passenger paying side. Took almost 10 mins to get 2 wraps, when 8 cars went through on the driver paying side. Staff is was rude and no customer service skills at all.
I could give 0 if I could. What a disaster. The drive thru order taker was not getting our order right despite multiple repetitions on one part, and then she had the audacity to reprimand us that she “has a line up” so we need to hurry up. Honey, you need to learn to do your job and take orders correctly. This is something that a manager needs to look into and maybe not put your inexperienced and RUDE workers on the lunch rush. What an awful customer service. That drive thru employee should be fired.

This is the most efficient Tim Hortons I have ever been to. The team of young women that typically work together are incredibly quick and accurate at their job. ESPECIALLY with drive through. My husband and I are always in awe of their quality of service.

I ordered the everything bagel with lettuce, tomato, and egg, but my order was missing the egg. When I called to address the issue, the lady who made was not apologetic and spoke to me in a rude manner.I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of a sincere apology and the rudeness in the conversation were quite disappointing. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and I expected a more professional response.I believe constructive feedback is valuable for improvement, and I hope Tim Hortons takes steps to address this issue to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
