This is probably the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. The staff is lazy and rude. Always sitting down on their phone and act like you are bothering them when you want to order. If I could give less than 1 ⭐ I would. I've read other reviews so I know I'm not the only one that feels this way. I don't understand why management doesn't do anything to solve the problem. Which is the staff.

I tried so hard to like this Tim’s location, but the staff make it impossible. They are often rude and do not seem to want to work there. I usually get a coffee during my lunch break, but I will make an extra coffee at home so I don’t need to deal with them.

I totally love that when I work a long 12 hour day, that I get to run downstairs to the Tims, wait several minutes while they sit at their staff table on personal calls while I wait patiently, only for them to scowl, roll their eyes and hesitantly get up to take my order… the best part, not even a hi, what can I get for you? I get a “Ya?” Why do these women even work in this industry. It was a blessing when they were gone for two weeks!

Who ever owns this place needs to take a long hard look at the way it functions. Ice cap machine not working more than it is. No trays ( try to push a wheelchair with 2 cups of hot coffee ). Cold coffee. And the kicker is the people who work there don’t want to be there so who cares anyway ?

Regular Tim Horton's. Fairly clean, service is typical, food is alright. Nothing that you wouldn't expect from other Tim Horton's branch. They sometimes mess up your order , but it's not atypical from any other chain restaurants. It's nearby where I live so that has been incredibly convenient in bad weather. Both dine-in and drive-thru is available, which is nice.

Three stars because that's the best I can give for this chain. It's fine if you want something cheap and quick or a place to hang out, but overall the quality is low.
This was the closest Tim Horton's to my old office that had a drive thru, and for some reason it was always the slowest Tims I've ever seen. Maybe it's due to the high school nearby, but every time I was there I found myself very glad that I'm not a coffee drinker. Once you get through the drive thru, the service is as friendly and the food is just as good as any other Tims.
