This is one of the worst locations in the city. They constantly mess up orders. I ordered a BLT and they forgot the bacon… please do better

They got my order wrong and blamed me for it. Refused to fix it. Also had some man expose himself to my daughter and I here but had no compensation for it which is fine. Just saying always weird people here at night. And dining room actually closes at 9:30 ish.

it doesn't tell what Tim's but the small one on King St is ok but the people who work there really get u under my skin and other ppl have said the same. they get under my skin because they talk about me in there language so I had a friend that could understand and he confirmed they were in fact talking about me! I don't appreciate that at all, so if you don't mind the workers talking about you and not being very nice about it either then this is the Tim's to go to. the donuts and drinks are ok all though they could fill the cups up. do this experiment buy an extra large coffee and just grab a empty large cup I bet you can fit your extra large drink into that large cup, so why pay for the extra large.??? think about it.

Consistently get orders wrong in drive through

I often enter or drive-thru our neighbourhood Tim's and I admit, sometimes because it's my daily routine, so I don't always pay much attention to my server. I believe it's because everyone who has ever served me at all of the Tim Hortons I visit, are very friendly, so polite and efficient...and that being said, I've come to almost take it for granted.. because that's just the way it is at Tims.It's welcoming and friendly, always.I appreciate all the people who serve us every day, always with a smile and friendly demeanor. Thank you ? ☕

Very small location and even though there seems to be sufficient staff, the service is extremely slow and everyone seems disoriented. This caused the atmosphere to be off also.

That is now the fourth time I have walked in there waited for five minutes and then just left because they’re too busy serving the drive-through, 4 people don’t need to serve the drive-through at once, get your act

I walked in there to have my coffee fixed because I pay for my coffee to be made correctly and there was no sugar in it. The employees there would rude and told me to grab sugar and make it myself. If I wanted to make coffee myself I would work at tim hortans since that would be my job, or at home. Horrible location!

Really don't understand why they never have baked goods at opening. They open at 5am. There should be even just a small selection of donuts and timbits, but there NEVER is.

Don’t waste your time going here!!! Hands you everything at once and they still get the order wrong. Their drive thru goal is to get customers thru quickly, doesn’t matter if the order is right or made properly.

Nice people. But took about 10 minutes to get sandwiche and wrap we ordered. Only one lady prepared food for counter and drive through. We were lucky no line up when we're there, but long lines when we wait our food
