Every time I come in I it’s a 10 minute wait and I can be the first in line. Everyone is always standing in the far corner laughing and telling jokes. Today after waiting 5 minutes watching the cashiers back turned to me grabbing and brushing is gloveless hands across all the mixing sticks he finally realized I was there waiting and took my order. Employees have a genuine lack of respect for the place and the customer at this location

Visited that location so many times, every time the employees show an attitude towards in-store people. Today I just got off from work and went there for coffee as it was very cold, the employees saw us coming and closed the doors at my face and were laughing when we were trying to open the door. They should be polite with the customers and should show some respect even if they are closing. By the way the closing time was showing 11:59pm, I don’t know why they closed this early, very upset with their behaviour, management should take strict action towards this kind of behaviour.

Give Ricky at the front counter a raise! That women has provided amazing service over the past few years. She always knows my order and makes sure my coffee is fresh. She's incredibly polite and considerate even though that counter can get quite busy during the morning rush.

I took coffee from this place everyday. Today the coffee i had from here in the morning at 6:50 and it was bitter i add extra two creamers from my work but can’t even drink it. and this is second time now. that makes to be write it down here that i have bad experience with my morning drink twice. complete wastage of my money. even before i threw full cup of coffee. Please value your customer if we are coming there paying we need better food better service.
