there night staff are always super nice but I was here last night at 2 am, and across from the drive thru window, just staring at the guy in front of me, and then me from my passenger side windo while I was paying. definitely some weirdos in that area to watch out for.

Had some trashy woman approach me demanding my booth after I had just sat down for the first time in that place while I waiting for my aunt and friend to get our drinks and food. All she kept saying was that she was sick and tired of never having a place to sit when she goes there and that her kids needed to eat. She assumed I was a single person taking up a booth which clearly wasn't the case. Nevemind the fact that I'm 8mths pregnant. Not one employee came by to help alleviate the situation so we just got up and left instead of having things become worse. Will never go there again!!

Service is slow as molass. Customers frequently loiter in the entranceway and at the tables. Cashiers congregate near the drive through window socializing instead of serving customers in the queue. You can stare at these cashiers and they will sluggishly come back to their station. The employees seem more interested in socializing with one another than doing their jobs. If you want the slowest service possible, choose this Tim Hortons. If not, go to literally any other Tim Hortons in the area

Asked for two milk three sugars and the barista did not hear me or something and when I asked for the milk on side he was showing me attitude as if it was my fault. Very rude barista/customer service.

Worst experience! I ordered for steeped tea drive thru, I observed that the lady before me got the wrong order and they changed her item (coffee or tea not sure what she ordered) when she complained. When it was my turn they gave me my order, but the lid was already opened and appeared someone sipped from it. When I asked them to change it, they said they cannot take the order item back instead could give me another one. I said “I don’t want anymore steeped tea from here, I just need the refund you should take the order item back and toss it in the trash”. They did not like it and sounded upset, the female staff at that time sounded rude and said” I cannot take it back I am doing the window”.Why should I carry the tea someone already sipped!!! Not at all customer friendly and they act very rude. ( I believe that the lady before me sipped the steeped tea and realized it was not her order then returned it, they gave me that steeped tea).
