We used to visit the Union Burger location in Napanee, Ontario. Always enjoyed our meals and were disappointed when they closed. We were very excited to find this location but quickly disappointed once again. The quality just wasn't there and we didnt enjoy our meals at all. The service was friendly but the restaurant was dirty and we had to wipe a table to sit down. I highly doubt that we would visit again.

Ordered the bacon mushroom poutine, and it was the SALTIEST poutine I have ever eaten. I'll give them another try eventually, but a poutine should not be that salty! It doesn't even really need salt added to it at all. I also paid for extra cheese, and it seemed like a normal amount of cheese.

I almost always come for their buffalo chicken poutine ( add bacon ? for $0.99 ( under $10 ) great price ? ?, sometimes order the cheeseburger ? combo, or just a milkshake. I haven't had any of their other food options but, I'm sure they are all great !!! It's great that they have a license to sell beer in the bottle ( I don't drink but, those that do would enjoy that for sure after a hard day of work.Only criticisms I have are bathrooms ? need cleaning more often, tables cleaned once in an hour or so, take the time, And music playing in the background is nice to hear too if they have it ?

Not terrible but not great. Burger tastes good, but the bun was cold. Fries were soggy and tasted old and bitter.Price was reasonable. Service was friendly and fast. We were there on a Monday night, and the place was almost completely empty.

You might spend more money on an order(about $15/combo) but the burgers are superior to any fast food chain in the area. Tasty, lots of meat, and great toppings.I feel it sets the bar for any restaurant claiming to have "the best burgers".

The best place, for a good meal and relaxing atmosphere, right downtown Kitchener.Once, or twice a month, I go there for a tasty meal, that's within my budget.It's far, better and cheaper, than eating at McDonald's.It's quiet and peaceful.The combo meals are generous in size.Union Burger, is my "go to" restaurant, each month.I rarely go elsewhere, to eat.I live in Cambridge and I take the GRT bus and ION train, to get there.It's worth the trip.
I went here with a couple friends after hanging out in the downtown Kitchener region. It is a nice place to sit down and eat, especially because it’s clean and has a nice atmosphere. I got the poutine, but didn’t enjoy it that much as there was barely any buffalo chicken in it :( Although the ice cream was yummy!
