This is the WORST brewery in the KW. Everytime I visit this brewery to buy the blue Laker Lager that I drink they never have a skid put out to serve their customers. The staff that I have encountered during my visits are always rude and in a pissed off mood. It has happened numerous times now when they do not have any Laker Lager out for purchase I ask if they can pick a skid from the back for me to purchase and the employees rudely say no we don’t bring out stock in the brewery and that I have to suffer without the type I like forcing to buy other beer on display. I also tried to substitute one of my cases to get the special as I tried to be reasonable and the staff told me they do not allow substitutions to get the special and that I have to buy all of the same type even though I did not want it and they told me “well too bad you have to pay for 3 cases and take the 2 and leave” what kind of staff says that to paying customers. I am extremely displeased with the staff at this brewery and I’d give ZERO stars if possible. They should be readily replenishing stock in the coolers for people to purchase instead of forcing them to buy other beers they don’t want and missing out on specials. I would like to see major changes in staff to feel more welcomed.

Careful the more you buy doesnt mean you save more, which is backwards $11 for a 4 pack but a case of 24 was $89...crazy. Prices were off and incorrect anywhere else buy more save more.Staff seemed annoyed for asking too many questions about the product. Didn't offer samples of the types I was interested in for some reason, otherwise I would of bought more. They also had a "bud light" vibe going on with their staff. Kinda in your face about it.Please just focus on the product...The beer and ciders are some of our favorites, but this was my first visit in person, so the staff kinda popped my bubble of the image and the people behind the brewery. A little more knowledge and love for the products as well as customer care would go a long way.

I've been baffled by the pricing scheme at waterloo brewing beer store for a while now. Today I went in to by a 24 pack of laker lager 473 ml. Normally I would just buy a 6pack for $11.95 but being the holidays soon I figured I'd get the 24. They ring it in as $50.90. Wait what, a 6 pack × 4 @$11.95 is $47.80 but the same number of beers in a different package is $3.10 more. Ridiculous. Typically in the past with other brands the more you bought the cheaper it would be. Not with waterloo.

The pretzels are amazing!Theyre a big portion and the dip alone is worth the price. And you get a ksrge enough portion of it to just load the pretzel up.Beers are great too, I like that there are such differences in variety ranging from a really delicious Radler to a pine IPA.

We ordered their flights first which is the best thing to select flavour. We loved their grapefruit bear which was a lil sweet but veri refreshing for an afternoon. We ordered their mushroom pizza with added grilled chicken. It tasted wow . We also ordered quesadillas which were okay. They have kids menu as well. I would really visit again.

Dropped by Waterloo Brewing for a flight and a snack. My favourite by far was the porter. I typically don’t go for them, but I was excited to try what they had on special. Great chocolate-y taste and went well with the Full Boar Nachos. Highly recommend for a social ?
Had Cameron as our server tonight. Was super friendly and chatty. Gave recommendations and put up with our crazy group. Never went here before but will be back because of his great service!

Last evening we went to Waterloo Brewery to have a drink and some dinner. When we arrived we were told they were closed for a special event. We had intentionally checked their website in advance to make sure they were open as the last time we attempted to dine there (early July), they were also closed for a private event.In July we said it would have been nice if they posted on their website that they were closed to the public. But nothing changed.It appears customer satisfaction is not a priority.We will not be going back.
