Ordered in drive-thru, when order read back to me it was incorrect and I told her this, she said I understood you, I said let's start again, repeated my order, she said I understood you the 1st time, was rude at the 1st window, got to the 2nd window and was told to park as it would take 10 minutes for my order, no one else in drive-thru nor restaurant! I parked, 15 minutes later I received my order. Stone cold, cheese not melted, buns were stale, absolute wate of my $42.00! It should not be that difficult or stressful in this highly competitive market. Not the 1st time this has happened and I will never go back!

Wendy is best when it comes to JBC and overall everthing , staff may be little bit confused and sometimes don't take order of a mint and half , otherwise the quality is best , everything tastes freshParking: Parking lot has capacity of 10-15 car , if you dont find parking , go through DRIVE-INKid-friendliness: This wendy had mostly family customers, as per I visit evertime, i saw 3-4 family

Customer service is dead in this country. I pulled up to order and was immediately met with shortness and a flat, cold tone of voice. The worker taking my order (50ish year old bald white guy) was frankly rude. The person who gave me my order did not say anything. He handed me my food and walked away, leaving the window open. I waited a minute to ask and make sure that was everything, but nobody was there. There was no hello, no how can I help you, no have a good day. Nothing about my experience was welcoming, nor was it anything near what you'd expect of standard customer service. It was as if my presence was a burden and none of the workers wanted to be there. Oddest drive thru experience of my life.

Literally disgusting! I get theres a range for fast food - but my cheese wasnt even melted, bacon was burnt, fries were old and tasted like theyd been sitting out for literally hours. Called and they simply said nothing and walked away from the phone.

I ordered a crispy chicken today and paid for an extra piece of chiycken. They gave me half a piece of chicken and I asked them to give me a full piece a girl working there told me that's all they could give me. I explained I paid for a full piece. She threw the sandwich in the garbage instead of just giving me an extra piece. I told them they should have just given me an Extra chicken and went to sit down they immediately called me back up in 2 seconds to give me the sandwich they threw out wrapped in a second wrapper with the extra chicken piece. Asked for my money back and I'm never going back again. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wendy's is a decent midrange fast food restaurant. This location is clean, easily accessible and plenty of parking.I typically go for a couple Jr bacon cheeseburgers. They are tasty and not too much. If you've never had Wendy's fries dipped in a frosty, I recommend trying it.Parking: Located in a stand alone building on the corner of a small plaza. Lots of parking, all around.Wheelchair accessibility: Large automatic doors. Ramps on curbs. Easy access for all.

Most of the staff is incredibly rude. Pulled up to the first window, got the machine pushed in my face, then as I was saying “thanks, have a good night” he shut the window in my face. The food quality is hit or miss. I’ve had burgers with half an onion placed on it. Fries super cold and soft.Only good thing about this place is they’re fast and accurate with the order.
