Unfortunately drive thru is very slow. I have Visited this location on several occasions at random times of the day. I love there peanut banana smoothies, however the past 3-4 times l have visited they don’t have ingredients to make it?. Unserviceable response is next time sorry. Very annoying since this IS the next time(times 3) especially when you are stuck in the drive- thru without an order…. and the service is slow. Although l haven’t had issues with other locations in proximity, this one is closer location-wise but for me this is an example of how convenient can also become inconvenient.

I dislike that you can't leave half a star in the rating so I give this 3.5 stars. I got the funky monkey waffle and it was really good and I got a blended iced cappuccino which is always good there. It came out fairly fast and was nice and warm. My only complaint is the pricing, I find William's is more expensive then it really needs to be for what they serve.

It a calm place to have a cappuccino and a nice Sandwich. They serve amazing soups as well. I would love to here anytime.

We had ordered the chicken and bacon mac and cheese and the soup of the day which they told us was potato and bacon. We recieved our order quickly and ate some of the mac and cheese to let the soup cool a bit. The mac & cheese was very yummy and warm on a cold wet day like today. Then my husband tried the soup. I asked how it was and he commented...fishy. Pretty sure potato bacon should not taste like fish. I also tried it and it was clearly clam chowder. My husband brought it up to them and told them and they disagreed and told him it was potato bacon. We swapped out the soup and when the girl brought over a differnt soup for us (which came out very quickly and was yummy) I told her to make sure she tells her other employees that it was clam chowder and not potato bacon. She said no its potato bacon. And I said 100% it is not. You or someone else should be tasting that since it could be a life threatening allergy to someone. And she said it was the same soup as yesterday...potato bacon. It was very discouraging. Probably won't be back again, not if they are being that lax in their food prep.

It was a rush hour it took around 5-10 minutes to have my coffee served but that was acceptable as the coffee tasted fine and the service was good .

I was craving a good cup regular brewed coffee, and this place satisfied my craving. This time I only had their coffee, but I’m sure I’m gonna visit them again and try their other drinks and food items. It looked pretty appealing to me. Nice place
Took the caramel hazelnut latte and it was amazing. Nice vibes in the Cafe. They had many options . I will be back for more flavors

People are bit unprofessional..One of my friend went for training tha guy call vikram(backing) trained her while give her good feedback..But later on she heard from manager she didn't did well so they can't hire her...This kind of things feel unprofessional...
