I tried to use a gift card to pay and was told they don’t take gift cards anymore. I pointed out that there was a sign on the screen advertising gift cards. He was unwilling to find someone to help him figure out how to pay with a gift card and was forced to pay a different

Really good hot chocolate. Like I can not express how good it was! Staff was quick and friendly. Place was clean. We went at the end of the day and were worried the baked goods would be stale but they were still super fresh.

Bad Customer Service! The cashier did not talk when we asked questions about the menu.He pointed his neck somehow saying he was sick but even if that is true he shouldnt be there, make my family and I feel uncomfortable.
I love coming here since the Cambridge one closed down! Only problem is every time I come, they’re always out of the Roasted red pepper and tomato bisque soup which is usually what I’m coming for :( drive thru service is also really slow and the prices are kind of high. Love this place nonetheless and they have the best hot chocolate around!

Moved out of Kitchener about 10 years ago. Was passing through and thought instead of hitting up a drive thru McDonald’s or Tim’s we would go here. Ordered a large black coffee and medium chai latte with almond milk, to go. Took us 25 minutes to get this… after everyone else’s order was taken and other drinks prepared. Not impressed.And my latte is not drinkable, it tastes burnt…It’s really run down too, could use a face lift.

I just wanted a decent cup of coffee coming home from a long drive , was that too much to ask?I even asked the server at the window, if he could recommend a nice cup of coffee for me, one medium brewed coffee ...The coffee I received might have been the least pallatable flavourless coffee I've ever had, and I wish I would have saved my 3$ for a med coffee and gone home to make instant...even no name grinds wouldn't have tasted like yesterday's dish water

I have always loved Williams. It's a shame that they are diminishing in locations. My wife and I came to this location and had the best coffee and waffles ever! It was a random date night that we got influenced by pictures online of their desserts. They did not disappoint! The facility looked pretty clean and it's huge so lots of privacy.
