Visited this Tim Hortons around 7.15-7.30pm,tonight. As expected, worst customer experience have had. Staff has no etiquettes how to deal with customers, they just keep laughing with each other,kind of insult of the customers giving order. Drive-thru is always priority but atleast, tell the customers at front to wait for few moments. They need to learn, if they wanna work in customer service, customers ' respect and comfort is most important.Even one star is too much for the service and atmosphere here .

Worst customer service of tim hortons ever seen , very rude and racist attitude employees refused to call her supervisor or manager. Just visited today around 9:30 they said they were out of food. If you have no food please shut down don’t waste customers time and please tech your employees about customers service.

They always rush and mess up with the order. I dont understand one thing about the store rule is whenever i arrive near the window to pay they ask me to stop behind the yellow bar. This is very ennoying because car behind me honks me to move on. Even today i ordered a combo and there was a hashbrown

This Tim Hortons location has to be the worst one in all of Canada. The staff here do not have the proper customer service training. Every single one of them is so rude. This morning I ordered a cheese croissant which I asked to be heated ,large chocolate milk, and a donut as well as a muffin for my sister. When I got to the window the lady handed me my cheese croissant which was not heated and the chocolate milk. I asked her where was the other stuff and the rude women raised her voice saying "you didn't order" I told her yes I did and a bunch of the staff came to her defence all raising there voices. Mind you this is not the first time they've got the order wrong or was deliberately rude. Iv'e been this location many times in the past and the staff hired just seems to be getting worse. I hope somebody can do something about this locations rude staff and hire staff that are much suitable for this job.

Coffee doesn’t taste good here, they make coffee in rush and compromise quality…owner of this Tim Horton should take it seriously because we are drivers and we need coffee everyday from here.

The new staff here has ruined this place. Honestly no sense of customer service, attitude that has no bounds and such rudeness in manner of speaking to customers. The mobile order is never ready. I came here today after ordering 15mins on the app, went to drive thru, gave my order number and they said order is not ready (1 large Coffee), went to drive thru wi Dow as asked and showed her confirmation of order. Staff states it is not here. I said since you have my receipt can't you just make it. She started getting angry that they don't have the order so they can't make it,told me to come to the front and park. I asked why can't she just make my drink, at this poijt this other coworker came and yelled "you have to park at the front, people are waiting for their drinks." so am I, and I Einstein! As I'm parked here now, it's been 20minutes. I hate this location, the staff is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Learn to be polite to people. Never coming yo this trash location ever again.
