Ordered an XL pizza for take out. Got it home and our teens helped themselves but complained it was too small. My wife measured the thing and it was 14"...so a medium, not an XL. No big deal, mistakes happen, so I tried to call but now they were closed. Called them the next day to explain the error and that I had taken a photo of both the receipt and the pizza size to show them for confirmation.I asked to place a new order, adding that I hoped for a discount after being overcharged a day earlier. The woman I spoke with asked the manager, and offered a weak ten percent off (less than the difference) with no apology at all. She instead said I obviously should have left them a message or returned to the restaurant sooner.I disagreed and was caught off guard by the rude response and lack of customer service, but then she suggests that I am trying to blackmail them?? What a joke!Who would waste their time making up stories to weasel pizza discounts? I mean honestly...I just wanted to support our local business, but can sadly say the service side here has hit rock bottom. My family's been going here over 20+ years and I've never recieved such treatment...and all over their error on a pizza size?!The food itself is decent, but I would absolutely recommend you double-check your Za if ordering here!And I guess don't expect them to make it right if they've made an error. Overall a disappointing and strange experience.

Not an edit, but an update. Had to try this place out again after the ownership change and renovations.Hard to beat what was there before, but they DID it !! Our meals were all great , the coffee was great and we just enjoyed every minute we were there.Next visit will be SOON. These guys have their act together and I am looking forward to our next visit already!!

Food was okay, portions were not small but not a lot. The price was crazy, 75 bucks for two bacon cheese burgers and a large poutine. Thought it was way too expensive for the quality and portion amount.

Stopped in for a meal on our way to Ottawa, delicious big portions. House cut fries, in house bread, DELICIOUS big piece of Fish for the fish & chips, bacon cheeseburger also no frozen ingredients.I know where I'm stopping when I come to the area.Atmosphere is wonderful, staff is very friendly. 10/10
