Today I had a lovely encounter at this particular A&W. James, the person who served me was very professional, very friendly, and just a delight to be around. You could see that he made an extra effort to give everyone a great dining experience.
I was there today around 2:00pm for a quick teen combo. The fellow who took take out orders & also brought my order to my table was absolutely the most polite, personable, excellent fast food employee I’ve had the pleasure of being served by. I could have listened to him interact with customers all day. He had a “radio voice” and spoke with clarity & genuine charm. He’s definitely a “keeper” and should be a trainer for employees everywhere!

A&W in general remains my goto on the road. Listowel location is 2 blocks away. Service is acceptable, and everything is made fresh, not reheated as some of their competitors do. And, with my allergies, I know exactly what's in the food, and that it's as advertised.
