Our neighborhood go-to place for Chinese takeout. Food always fresh and prepared in good time. Friendly service also. Restaurant interior could use some updating, but as they are take-out only right now, is not really an issue.

After trying more London Chinese restaurants than I can count, I can easily say that this place is one of the best places in London Ontario. It's clearly a family operation with authentic recipes. The Beef with Ginger is my recommendation.

I'm pretty well cultured with different Chinese places and being new to this community I was eager to support it. Ordered tonight and was easily the worst . All the food was extremly dry and had zero flavor. I could barely swallow the rice. The chicken balls were spongy and cold . Tasted like old oil. The sauces tasted watered down. Gave 1 start for the skip driver that delivered .

I wish I could give them more stars. Very fresh and tasty food, I can say one of the best Chinese food restaurants around this area. Staff are very nice, and the portions are large. One combination lasts two lunches for me. Well don Ah Chuang!!!!

Fine food, good friendly service. My only complaint is no eating in. During Covid that was understandable, but time to move on. I have family in St-Thomas who want to try it, but they need to dine in. I live very close to the restaurant by my house is not wheelchair friendly. So we would like to meet there and enjoy a meal together. Please tell me this will soon change and dine in will come back

Outrageously bad service! Took 15 minutes to place simple order repeatedly instructing to buzz apartment.Driver did not buzz and we never ate.Instead of apologizing the ?, rude lady said she was blacklisting me.

I ordered food from this place a few times now , and the one time I ordered food it came in all in a twister with everything spilled over , I called into restaurant a boy talked with me sympathized with me and said I have a credit for next order for free I called in a few months later and remembered I had a credit and the owner wasn’t willing to give credit due and didn’t believe me , once I had made them believe me I got the order placed but than once I went to pick I was told I had to pay , and they were awfully mean and because they had to give me the credit due They were badgering me And telling me never to come. Back , and that I should be “shameful” like who talks to a customer like that ??? I would recommend nobody to buy from this place again because of not only the attitude but also because they don’t remember there customers faces and will accuse you of lies all because they had to give you a credit that they promised so please. Read my review and if anyone wants to respond or wants some answers please feel free to msg me … I was kicked out and I was treated awfully I even have what they said recorded in voice clip because I knew in advance that they would be doing something ..
Ordered for pickup (take-out) through Skip the Dishes last night around 6pm. Food was ready REALLY quick! (Like, 20 minutes?) I was maybe 5 minutes late to pick up the order. But the food was still VERY hot when I got it. Fully enjoyed the wonton soup, and the egg rolls. The beef in black bean sauce was FANTASTIC. General Tao chicken was excellent. The beef with vegetables was also tasty. I will most certainly be ordering here again.(* note - Egg Foo Yong is offered on the regular takeout menu, but not via Skip..?! This is most unfortunate, as mushroom Egg Foo Yong is one of my favorites, and I would have ordered some last night.)

I wait to come here ALL the time for my weekly treat to myself. I absolutely love Au Chuan I think I bought here over 50 times since February 2020. This place is clean, food always ALWAYS taste so good. I recommend thier Cantonese chow mein and wonton soup I'm addicted but everything else I tried on the menu is also really good. This place deserves so much because they NEVER dissapoint i can put my last dollar on that. Nice job you all i would give you 10 stars ?plus to be honest your food is even better than the Chinese food in Toronto ! Oh and also I would pay even the delivery fee in times I cannot drive. And also just wanna say I'm surprised of the bad stars but as said it's all subjective and I can respect that

NOBODY in kitchen wears a mask cooking food ! Is this even legal these days ? Should be a sign saying order at your own health risk.Ordered 4 egg rolls and got zero plum sauce - ordered 2 orders of rice and got zero soya sauce.That’s like ordering a double double coffee and getting a black.Called store - was told their supplier can’t supply and she can’t be bothered to tell customers - then I was told to go somewhere else if I didn’t like it.Guess I will …
