Used to be my favourite fried chicken spot! Their southern chick and chicken and waffles were really great, a little on the pricey side but the quality made it worth it!Recently though, they're not available on any online delivery platform I can find (uber, skip, door dash), and the delivery stuff on their website simply doesn't work. Huge bummer because I haven't found any chicken restaurants I like quite as much, and getting it delivered was always a convenient highlight of my week.

So far I've only ordered from Uber eats, but even that being said, that dirty bird is the best chicken burger I've ever tasted in my life hands down. Not to mention their sick waffle fries. I really enjoy those. They still manage to stay crispy during the Uber ride lol. Soooo good!

Had the Mac daddy and we the north. Concept is amazing. Food tastes good. They need to halve the amount of fries and add one more chicken filet. Way too much filler.

We've had Bird Box a few times now and their chicken sandwiches are pretty awesome! If you like a bit of heat and spice with your chicken, then give the Cali Banger a try! The onion rings aren't half bad either.

Sandwich okay. Fries okay. All around okay, not amazing. Monday and Tuesday deal pricing makes it worth it, but I wouldn't pay the "regular" price at the given quality. Probably won't go back, but if you desperately want a chicken sandwich you could do much worse.

Ordered two sandwiches last night with a large waffle fries. The waffle fries were as much as the sandwiches, which weren't cheap, so we were expecting top quality and large portions. Didn't get either. BTRMLK and Kosmos are better, or just go to Wendy's for similar quality but cheaper prices.

Had the dirty bird and fries, so i was really torn and almost gave two stars, but the dirty bird was so delicious i had to give three. The dirty bird was tasty, filling and did i mention TASTY! My issue was the fries i found them kinda horrible, they looked old, tasted old and just very unappealing. Had i just ordered the sandwich this would of been an easy 5 star. But rating is based on over all meal experience the fries were just done so poorly it dragged this 5 star sandwich down.

Big Bird sandwich was great, would get it again. The chicken fingers however were absolutely terrible. Easily one of the worse I've ever had, dry and chewy. The dipping sauce helped but it still was not enjoyable
Great food. I loved their chicken sandwiches. The waffle fries were also amazing. Definitely worth the money you are spending. Would of been a perfect review but the mac and cheese was very underwhelming. Even with the mac and cheese being not great the rest of the food was worth it.

Sandwiches (Dirty Bird and Big Bird) were good. I've had better. The Dirty Bird bun broke and fell into 3 pieces. So I ate with a half bun only on one side. The Zorba the Greek item was a mountain of fries smothered in Greek salad with three chicken fingers. Still, I may have given Bird Box four stars if they hadn't taken my payment before confirming if they had the item I ordered (I ordered from the secret menu and apparently it was such a secret that the cashier didn't know they didn't have it in stock; we found out after 5 minutes of ordering). The flavours overall were drowning in excessive sauces. We didn't get a signature feel for any of it. It didn't taste like a unique flavour. Hence, we felt they were over priced. Maybe the other items would be better but I don't think I'll be in a rush to go back.
