Came here twice, both times the nachos were amazing! Service was top tier and the staff is so friendly. The atmosphere is very family friendly even the bar side. I usually don’t opt for Boston pizza, but this location is amazing!!

We were greeted by a nice individual. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful. The menu had several items that sounded great. The food was good and my family was pleased with the result. They even have lactose-free options for cheese and gluten-free bread options.To reply to owner. My recommendation would be, your front greeter was quiet and my first impression was. While they were nice, they didn't bring a lot of energy. Also, my 4yr old nephew reported your toliets were "scary". I don't know truly what that means however. Also, as for food. It was good pizza but wasn't the best pizza I've had, but that's a tall order. I'm picky.Overall, I'd say that your restaurant is a place I'd return to and a place I'd recommend to families or couples. Boston Pizza, not just another pizza place.

Came from out of town & the experience was 10 out of 10. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, & the food is fresh and fulfilling! I had the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti, side of garlic toast & a side caesar salad no bacon. The chicken was fresh, with a nice crispy layer to it, the garlic bread was a nice touch, the only thing that I would change for next time, is no croutons… I found that there was a tad bit too much for the amount of lettuce. Ivy was our server and she’s just so bubbly and friendly, takes her time to check in on you throughout your stay. Overall I am very pleased with this restaurant & HIGHLY recommend.

The food is typically great, occasionally they have a hiccup here or there but who doesn't?Cailey M was our server tonight and honestly I'd have to say she is one of the best we've had in a minute! She was friendly, funny, quick and efficient! Overall a great waitress! ?Ps the Thai chicken is always great here whether by itself or in a wrap ?

I don't recommend you take a child to this restaurant on a birthday. It wasn't acknowledged in any way that it was the child's birthday. Not even a "happy birthday" from the server.We asked for separate bills and were ignored with that request as well.I wrote an email to the restaurant and was even more disappointed from the email response from one of the mangers that I recieved about a month later. Basically expect nothing special if your child goes there on his/her birthday.We will be going to Montana's or Palasad next birthday. They have figured it out.
