We ordered the California Croissant and Sicilian Sandwich for delivery. We also ordered a 6 pack of donuts to try out. The sandwiches were so fresh & delicious, we were very impressed. The donuts were the best we have ever eaten! We will definitely be choosing Boxcar again for lunches! Special mention for the great packing of the bag for delivery and we appreciated that the containers were paper!

I would give more Stars if I could!!Had a smidge of a mix up previously when there was a difference owner BUT the new owners honoured my credit note and were so kind, as were the staff!!Clean, quaint cafe with a big City edge.The donuts are amazing. It took me 20 mins to decide!

The best place for the Donuts i ever had in my whole life. I tried so many other Donuts shops but after trying Boxcar Donuts feels my dream come true to eat perfect delicate donuts.Staff was so friendly and helped me to find best donuts as i described my taste to them.Please do visit them, they did catering order for my son’s birthday and it was amazing. First time there, wanted to get some good donuts. I read some of the reviews and i guess I should just listened to the bad ones. We got the half dozen donuts which was 24.00 a-little bit expensive. At that price we expected them to be good.. We got:2 walnut crunches which unfortunately were NOT baked properly they were raw in the middle!Apple fritter donut which was Not cooked again and didn’t taste like a fritter should.Key lime which was underwhelming and could of used some custard.Chocolate raspberry which was very sweet and didn’t taste like raspberry.Pecan Maple which was again underwhelming bit it was one of the better ones.Lastly, the donuts we had seemed like they had way too much sugar to the point where we felt unwell.Sorry but we wont be back. Would rather go to Tim’s for donuts !

I love Boxcar! The donuts are second to none. I hate picking between their weekly features though, because there are always so many incredible options!My one complaint is that there have been times when the service has been either slow or a bit lacklustre, even though the staff are usually very friendly. Sometimes you can tell that because of the volume of business they do they get a bit frazzled. Other than the wait times and lack of seating options, Boxcar gets an easy five stars from me.Apple Fritter. Just. Do. It.

Love Bakery Doughnuts Especially Ones With Flavour And Love However, The Doughnuts I Received Today Were So Underwhelming. They Looked Beautiful But Tasted Like Oil & Just Confection Sugar. The Cherry Chip Doughnut Tasted Like Raw Dough Flour & With Red Dye. The Maple Doughnut Had Uncooked Batter In The Centre. The Other Doughnuts I Received Just Reminded Me Of Timhortons Sugar Loaded Iced Doughnuts.I’m Glad I Gave It A Go As This Place Has Potential But I Wasted Money & Hated The Doughnuts Which Sucked. The Marketing Is Better Than The Actual Food.I Wouldn’t Purchase Doughnuts Here Again Without Them Stepping Up Their Bakery Game & Using Quality Ingredients For All Their Items.
